Absolutely Worst Experience – Please Stay Away from This Photographer I had booked this photographer for my wedding, which took place on 27th January 2024. Today is 25th May 2025 — it's been over 16 months, and I am still waiting for the complete delivery of my wedding photos and videos, despite countless follow-ups. At the time of booking, Sanjay (the main person in charge – contact: +91 83838 50942) promised that everything — including the full wedding video, edited photos, and album — would be delivered within 3 months. That was a complete lie. Till date, I have not received a single properly edited photo, and whatever he has sent is substandard and not what was promised. We had specifically paid for a 4K wedding video, but what we received was in HD, and even that lacked professional editing and quality. The album quality is absolutely pathetic — cheap materials, poor finishing, and far from what a once-in-a-lifetime event like a wedding deserves. What hurts the most is the lack of basic communication and professionalism. I have been chasing them for months, but now Sanjay doesn’t even bother to respond to my messages. Imagine spending your hard-earned money on capturing your most precious memories, and then being ignored and disrespected like this. This whole experience has been mentally exhausting and extremely disappointing. It's heartbreaking that after more than a year, I still don’t have proper wedding photos to share with family or post online. Think about how that would feel on such an important occasion. A word of caution to all couples: These people will speak very sweetly before the booking and promise the world, but once they have your money, you’ll be left chasing them endlessly. Their service is highly unprofessional and unreliable. I will also be attaching screenshots of our WhatsApp chats to prove that this is not a fake review. I’m writing this so that others don’t have to go through the same nightmare I did. Please do not fall into their trap — you’ll end up with regret instead of memories.

After every marriage, pictures and video remains immortal till the end of time, everything else fades out. So, we never wanted to compromise on our memories part. I went through various photographers and their sample videos, Studio Erato Films editing work was spot on and well above its peer in Bihar-Jharkhand region. Service & Response Sanjay Sharma, the owner of the firm, right after the booking, understood the requirements and suggested some valuable inputs from his experience and planned the whole event schedule. Generally, other photographers says, we provide so and so service, baaki aap dekh lijiye. But, Sanjay Sharma listen to us with patience and provides service as per our requirements rather than imposing his thoughts and service availability. Big Day - The Marriage! The photographers who covered the wedding were on time and put good efforts in bringing great memories. I can tell that you get tired of posing but these guys won't. Needless to say but all the photographers are professionals, experienced and knows how to get the best shot. They are innovative in ideas and take full use of the venue and decoration. Aftermath!! We received the pre-wedding video, wedding teaser, reels and albums as of now and I can say its a master piece work from the team Erato. Everyone who had watched our pre-wedding and wedding videos and albums has appreciated the work of Studio Erato Films. If anyone is booking Studio Erato Films, one can be totally be worry free about photography part as Studio Erato Film do their part as if it is their own shaadi.
