Best Photographer! Studio Memory Lane is a very professional photographer with a trained and experienced team. We hired studio memory lane for our wedding in India, Asr and we were 100% satisfied with how our pictures and videos turned out. The whole team understand your needs and work accordingly. Being from America it was very hard for us to find a photographer in India but when we saw his work on instagram we had no doubts. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I hired Nadar creation for my wedding few months ago. I must say they have done a tremendous job. All the render images of my wedding are high quality and beautiful. Big thanks to this amazing team and photographer.

Worst team of photographers and editors. To start with the photographers were some rookies amateurs especially on the groom side. Didn’t even listen to our requests. Despite asking numerous times, the groom’s portfolio pictures were not captured. They didn’t pay heed to the backgrounds. Photographs and videos have a lot of background clutter. Their editor even spilled the beans that at the mehndi and other events except wedding day, they didn’t even use a DSLR. The editor in the team, Simran made a trashy teaser and full video. After patiently and humbly asking him for edits, he started yelling on us. We are still waiting on a call back, an apology at the least. It took us 5 months to get my album edited - I had to keep repeating myself for the edits and their incapable team couldn’t even do the basic cropping of the images properly. Last but not the lease - Memory lane sales rep/perhaps their owner - Surjeet Singh is not available to respond to the call. Mr Singh, we bought your highest priced package available not to be yelled by your editor who couldn’t even do his job properly. Kudos to their ‘ridiculous’ team for ruining our wedding photographs and videos. If you don’t want to spoil your wedding photography, stay away from memory lane!

We recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring them to turn what should have been a joyous occasion into a nightmare. They have complete lack of professionalism, poor customer care, worst video editing skills, and failure to deliver what was requested left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Don’t go by their instagram posts, they have one of the worst customer support team. Its been 5 months to our wedding, we still haven’t got our videos edited from them. When you try to reach out to them for edits, their team is so rude to you for asking them to make edits. Their customer care was worst, with communication being a constant struggle. The video editing was far below the standards we expected. To make matters worse, their team displayed rude and unprofessional behavior throughout our interactions. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the failure to deliver teaser and video. Despite clearly articulating our preferences and providing a detailed editing list, they seemed to ignore our requests entirely. Overall, I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with them. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer care, poor video editing skills, rude behavior, and failure to adhere to our requests made this experience one that I would not wish upon anyone. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring this photographer to look elsewhere for a professional who can understand and respect the importance of capturing the memories of your special day.

All things are very manageable. Service is very good.

Hopeless service, they outsource everything on heavy dates , staff is totally hopeless Plz take care , we had very bad experience. It’s our destination wedding they totally ruined our all functions. After that they are using bad words. We had paid whole amount, what we settled …GUYS plz take care …

We have used memory lane’s service twice and we were super happy with the job done by each and everyone in the team. Super helpful and talented folks who are on their toes to capture your big day perfectly. Couldn’t have been happier

It's always difficult task to choose among wedding photographers.But studio memory lane is worth every such effort.they did amazing shoot for our wedding .I like their professionalism in every aspect whether it's regarding schedule of photographers or deliveries of albums teaser etc.Thumps up for studio memory lane 👍👍

I remember hunting a dedicate reliable team for perfect capture of my wedding. And team of studio memory lane did complete justice. Photographers videographers, editor and deliverables were absolutely flawless and everything to the point, just like i wanted. 100% recommendable. 👍

We have had a really bad experience working with Studio Memory Lane Ludhiana. It has been over two months and we don't have any of the videos available to us! I mean you get to a point where you lose the wedding excitement and are tired of telling everyone how long the photographers are taking. Trust me, you don't want to get to that point. The only thing they have focussed on (on the calls we have had) is money. We gave them 90% of their fee before we got anything and before the wedding. However, we decided to hold the remaining 10% to get the final product, and I am glad we did! Here are some of the many reasons, I WILL not recommend that you go with them - a) It takes them forever to prepare anything. I highly doubt they put in efforts to turn something. They just delay things. In their contract, they said we would have everything WITHIN a month, and it has been over 2 months. b) The quality of photos and the teaser they prepared (draft which none of us liked) isn't just professional. Period. We have lighting equipments shown in many many photos. Some of the photos are tilted. The teaser they prepared had absolutely no flow to it. The music changes and the videos had no order or sequence and were absolutely all over the place. Happy to put draft photos in the comments if anyone wants to see them. c) Everytime we talk to them asking for the final product, they start with how it's prepared and we should now transfer the remaining 10% of the fee. However, we insist we want to see the final product, which we still haven't received. I only wish we withheld more than 10% of the fee. PLEASE DON'T PAY THEM in full even though they would keep insisting you do. d) They told us that they would be using drones and stuff. We haven't seen one video or photo in which drones were used. All in all, I would highly recommend that you use someone else for your event! Happy to substantiate everything I sent and put photos and screenshots to prove everything.
