We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! From start to finish, DEW made our dream wedding a reality. Their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism were beyond impressive. They handled everything seamlessly, from venue selection to décor, vendor coordination, and last-minute changes—so we could truly enjoy our big day stress-free. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, and our guests are still raving about how magical the event was. Weddings are deeply meaningful occasions, and families often turn to planners expecting support, creativity, and peace of mind. The Dew Company, Chandigarh, appeared impressive during initial discussions, with confident assurances and polished presentations. Premium rates were quoted — in fact, four to five times higher than the standard industry benchmarks. The assumption was that these costs would be justified by unique ideas, superior quality, and a memorable 'wow factor.' In practice, however, the outcome did not match the promise. While arrangements were made and the basics completed, there was little distinction in the final execution. Décor and food stalls looked ordinary, timelines were loosely followed, and the overall feel of the celebration lacked the premium quality expected at such expense. Rather than experiencing service-driven partnership, the engagement resembled dealing with a supplier whose primary focus appeared to be maximizing revenue. This created a sharp imbalance between cost and value. Guests described the arrangements as 'fine' or 'decent,' but never exceptional. The absence of innovation, combined with inflated charges, left an impression that profit margins outweighed genuine client care. When a family commits to paying premium rates, the expectation is not only flawless execution but also thoughtful service and originality — aspects that were noticeably lacking. With hindsight, the same investment could easily have secured the services of planners from metro cities such as Delhi or Mumbai, where competitive standards often deliver far greater creativity, professionalism, and transparency for similar budgets. This experience serves as a reminder that wedding planners should be chosen not just for promises, but for their balance of value, service, and integrity. In this case, that balance was missing, leaving the impression of money being prioritized over service.

I had the unfortunate experience of Dew planning my wedding. They are so unprofessional and caused me and my family so much stress. All they care about is making money from decor. Their team did nothing during our events and i had my own family members work harder than them. Avoid avoid. Do not trust them for your wedding.

She has such a beautiful eye for detail and design, and her ability to understand and elevate my ideas was truly impressive. Sneha was an absolute joy to work with—calm, professional, and incredibly talented. The decor exceeded all our expectations and left us (and our guests) speechless. I had a wonderful experience working with The dew Co. Sakshi & team did decor for all my wedding functions are The Noura for a residential wedding and it was right out of my dreams & Pinterest. The wedding decor was very royal, lots of florals while the cocktail decor was all lights and glitter as I wanted. There was a distinct in all the functions. Aesthetics were on point for mehendi & haldi, which was also my favourite among the all. They understood the intimacy of the functions & it turned out absolutely beautiful. Sakshi helped us with the photographer, Music, and multiple other vendors and multiple other vendors which made it very easy for us. Sakshi was also very cooperative and calm during all the planning & ensured my special day is how I wanted it. I would highly recommend getting your wedding planning & decor from the dew co. :)

It was wonderful experience with DEW Company for organising wedding of our daughter Anushka with Harman. Sakshi and team did a wonderful job of executing each and every event as per our desire. All the events were taken care by Sakshi and her team without any pressure on us. They are capable of managing any unforseen issues without us getting stressed about it. All the team members from Sakshi, Robin, Ashish, Shivani, Gurjot and others were so helpful and friendly that we really enjoyed planning the wedding events during our trips to Chandigarh. We would recommend team DEW for your upcoming events as they have great event planning ideas from decorations to cocktail party and recommendations for entertainments for all the events.
