good service from them although too much guidance was needed but the effort was worth it because the invitation turned out to be beautiful. they have a good team and does a great work

After giving a very very detailed description of design the team still called me up multiple times. Not just this, they involved me in multiple google meets where I showd my canva designs even then they required multiple calls and directions which defeats the purpose of hiring a designer all together! This is just half the amount of challenges that I had to go through. Every time I used to list the changes to make sure to keep it to bare minimum, but the competent designers that they have missed details. Mistakes such as different pages having diff fonts and many other basic hygiene of design were not followed. They have counted all of this into changes. They have done a very basic English grammer mistake where the in the line " wedding ceremony of", of is missing I am surprised that being in this business, how can someone make this basic mistake Now for this mistake which they should be owning, they are asking for 500 to insert 'of' (which was their mistake in 1st place)

Taking away 1 star because of bad behaviour. The invitation was beautiful, but please be careful while dealing with the POC. Vidisha was rude & kept taunting us on the group chat. Kudos to the designer (shivani- she is amazing). She was patient and went above & beyond to help us achieve our vision. Vidisha is passive aggressive and does not know how to talk to clients. She did not take our calls when we wanted to talk & instead blasted at us when we made a request for change. She did not guide us in advance - it was our first time creating an invite while they have done this a 100 times.
