Tried to book during the pandemic since their ratings are good and photos were gorgeous. They were very quick to respond before the advance was paid. After paying the advance, had to chase up to get receipts. Then because of the second wave, we had to change wedding venues. Discussed this with them, asked that if the advance is not refundable, can we use it for a post wedding shoot? He said yes on call, but didn't reply to a single email. Their communication in times of emergencies or unusual circumstances is horrible. So, if you're using them, pray that nothing happens last minute otherwise your money and peace of mind are gone.

I booked them without a second thought 4 months before my wedding. I booked them for everything right from my pre wedding shoot all the way to the reception. I first met them for the pre wedding and by far the best kinda people I’ve come across. So comfortable to work with and they make the experience seamless. I couldn’t wait to work with them for the wedding thereafter. They covered my mehendi ceremony and Few other poojas as well.
