TLDR: - Missed capturing important moments - Very arrogant person to deal with - Delays and suboptimal work - Terrible customer service. I got married in may 2023, and we had functions over 2 days (morning / evening). We opted for a package which includes cinematic video of 60 min. They created a video of 49 min for 4 functions.. and when questioned why 49, not 60, he said there wasn’t enough content.. It didn’t make any sense as we had enough content to be shot over the 4 functions - haldi, engagement, sangeet, pooja, shaadi. He didn’t provide footage of the sangeet performances, even in raw videos, as one would expect. Every deliverable from him was very slow, even after 4.5 months after the wedding, i am still here negotiating with him to add content to the video. Bharat, particularly is very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor, and hire another company. You do not want to deal with your important memories in this haphazard manner and such people.

I had a very very satisfactory experience with TBD guys. TBD accommodated the change of date and venue during the uncertain covid times without any increase in the fee. The team of photographers and cinematographers were absolutely pro at their work, they made us so comfortable that all the shoots did not feel like the typicals shoots and their efficiency was an added plus. Their photographers don't believe in taking Family pictures,Group pictures, don't suggest any couple poses,skip couple shots on stage, don't take a single family dinning picture . They only take hundreds of useless single candids of random people dancing skipping the main family members who are paying them or our near the stage greeting guests or managing everything, remain on mute throughout out the events and don't ask for any pictures, so basically you have to figure out if the photographer is clicking or not. Even if the family members were dancing they covered only 2,3 young folks skipping the parents, sisters and in laws. Their traditional photographer was the worst , not for once he asked anyone to look into the camera or clicked another shot if the picture taken was not fine. He created so much confusion that nobody knew if the picture was taken or not.He was actually doing the job of additional candid Photographer which we never hired to cover our wedding functions. We don't have a proper family picture from 3 events that can be framed and from Groom side they didn't click any. Coming to the delivery part - They made us run after them throughout the year, they didn't pick our calls throughout the process and final delivery was done after our First anniversary. Instead of replying to our queries they were continuously posting pictures and positive customer reviews of the weddings held during covid in their Instagram account. Go for some local photography house instead. They don't know how to cover a wedding because they don't seem professionals in this field and I so wish they never grow in this profession. I can relate to all the negative reviews in this page.

The team of That Big Day did a great job of capturing our lovely moments on our big day. The vidai ceremony was not captured in video, they only took some photos of that event which was little disappointing to me. Having said that, the quality and the editing of photos was good, they delivered everything on time which I really appreciate. Huge thanks to you guys!

We booked these guys for our wedding-day in Indore, these guys totally ruined our previous memories. We had selected them from this very portal looking at their previous photo-jobs, no doubt their photos look impressive but overall in terms of managing the whole-show these guys were a total failure. Let me give more details, they missed the arrival of dulha, they missed the vidai and the reason "No one informed us". In a marriage day with all the confusion they are the original Lord Mountbattein, they was held in a hotel-premises and they expect a representative exclusively go to their royal chambers and announce the plan every half-hour. Dont get me wrong, they are talented with the camera but they do not have any kind of professionalism. They did not care to step out of their comfort zone to take some extra photos, they did not give any suggestions for different poses, styles nothing just I am the cameraman, "I Click photos". You should the audacity of them after the event when we approached them about missing the events, they were like it was my mistake that they were not informed about it. Please do not ruin your precious day with these jokers, dont be fooled with their photos. In bonus they did such a shitty job with the photo editing & album that a local photographer uncle has more creativity than them. Apparently they want the customer to sit & browse through the entire thousand photos & give it to them in which page you want which all photos. What about providing options to customer? No. Well I had a hard way of learning, best stay away from these non-professionals.

Ankit and I live in the US and got married in Indore earlier this year. We wanted to make sure we have a creative photo & video team to capture our special moments and luckily we found That Big Day on Wedmegood. From our pre-wedding shoot to all of our wedding events and even the post-event photo & video edits, the team did a spellbinding job. These guys are very easy and fun to work with. They made sure to capture our families at the moment yet stay behind the scenes, not getting in the way of guests. We absolutely loved the photos and videos they shot and edited! All of our friends and family members have complimented the pictures and videos. Not only their work is great but they are very responsive, communicate well and easy to work with. Bharat is a wonderful photographer that we would not hesitate to recommend to any one. My wife and I were initially very worried about our wedding photos and how they'd turn out as we are both not the most comfortable in front of a camera. Until we met Bharat and his team.
