Swathi expertly decorated the PurvaParkridge clubhouse for the sangeet event of my cousin. The entire area was transformed into one of style and distinction.  Both the stage and the entrance were warm and impressive.  The backdrop, which was decorated  with fresh roses & green ferns and thesuspended  chandeliers were stunning.  Beautiful lampshades and fresh roses were used to adorn the round tables. Swathi helped me with the theme and decor for a surprise 50th birthday bash I organized for my husband. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that the party was a huge hit mainly because of her creativity and incredible decorating instincts. She transformed the space I had chosen (an empty, unused apartment of ours) into a glittering, party ready venue with streamers, balloons, posters and more. It was supposed to be a masquerade theme party and Swathi pulled it all together with the color scheme (black and white and gold), striped fabric, makeshift seating, masks and lots of other details to make the place come alive for the evening. It was sheer luck & good fortune to have met her. While we were running pillar to post looking for a decorator before our engagement, she came to our rescue. She had exactly 4 days to set things right & Man, she did a splendid job. We were so impressed with her ideas & grasp our concept for decorations. Over the course of 2 months Swathi and I went back and forth before we finalized the design. She was super patient and easy to work with during this time. Unfortunately just before the wedding my fiancé caught dengue. Literally 3 days before the wedding I asked Swathi to arrange for chairs for the muhurtham because he was too weak to sit without back support. Swathi was super supportive despite all the last minute changes and made sure the arrangements were made without stressing me. The only problem was that the muhurtham mandap was very small. It was small for me, my husband and the pandit to be on the mandap at the same time. Overall, Swathi's pricing is at par with other competitors. However, her attention to detail and friendly approach made the entire process a lot less stressful for me. As the bride, I was able to enjoy my special day carefree because Swathi and her team took care of everything. Also, her work was spectacular.

When it came to my wedding preparation, the only thing I was very very particular about was the decor. Knowing this, my friend recommended Swathi to me, and her work spoke for itself. After my conversation with Swathi, I felt at ease with her confidence, her patience in understanding my needs, and most of all, her humility. In the first few conversations, she gathered all the nitty-gritty details required for the decor and also kept taking additional requests from my end without any hesitation till the end. Being located outside the country at the time, my biggest fear was on the execution front - and Swathi had solution for that as well. She shared the pictorial representations of every idea we spoke of time and again, to put me at ease :) She also came down to the venue a week before the wedding to walk my mom and me through the entire plan and every little detail possible. The sweetest gesture was when she came down to see all my dresses to ensure that the background colors compliment the attire I was planning to wear at every event. Swathi is very thorough and meticulous with every little detail and more importantly she is a perfectionist. Her taste and her work is very classy and stands a class apart!! Everyone who attended my wedding praised the decor a lot, and my family, in particular, were super happy with the entire arrangement and the smooth execution. In fact, my photographer loved the decor so much that she was obsessed with capturing a lot of pictures of the decor :) In one statement, hiring Swathi was the best decision I made for our wedding and I would recommend everyone to hire her. Our marriage ceremony happened exactly one year ago at Tamarind Tree, Bangalore, and this is a long pending note from our end, but finally writing it for Swathi, the magician who made our wedding look so dreamy. We contacted Swathi just like we did with many other planners, and I will be honest here. As soon as I spoke to her, somewhere I really felt she was going to be the one decorating our wedding. She was so humble, and I could really see a genuine passion in her to help us out. Even before finalizing, she made so much effort and put up a presentation based on a few requests I had. They were so well organized, event by event, touching each place at the venue. That mock presentation actually gave us a complete picture of what she was planning for our venue. And that's it. We decided to go with her. And am so glad we did. I myself don't remember how many phone calls I have had, at odd hours and she was still so patient to listen to each and every request we had and made sure she implemented everything. She made sure she came with us to the venue and stayed for an entire day and went over every detail. She was available at any time through a simple text and made sure everything went well. Her tastes were so classy and her attention to detail was really commendable. Every flower she chose, every lighting she provided, every color she combined, was just wonderful and so elegant. Everything was so personalized and she turned the place into a beautiful fairyland. All in all, we had an amazing experience working with her and the results were just so satisfying. Our entire family was all in praises looking at the arrangements. We will always be thankful to Swathi, for making our wedding so memorable and so beautiful which we had only dreamed of before we met her.
