The Last Bench Photographers

I want to start by saying that I am aware that after this review I will lose the last chance of receiving my videos and pictures. Today, my husband and I celebrate our first anniversary and let me tell you, I haven’t received the cinematic highlight, reels and other short videos which were supposed to be delivered within a couple of weeks post the wedding last year march(2023). I am sick of contacting Imran who does not even have the courtesy to respond to texts or calls even once. He made numerous false promises and so did his staff. Never received anything. Have been extremely nice and respectful but this is it. Its so frustrating and we have lost all charm for our videos and pictures now coz its so late. Wont recommend. Not worth the hassle! This is a lifetime of memories, dont lose it to someone’s lack of basic courtesy and unprofessionalism.

Lets start with positives - whatever pictures imran has clicked are decent to good. I didn't want to spend much so he fit in my budget of 2(biggest mistake, go for the slightly more expensive, professional ones) Negatives - 1. Expect delivery to be as per his convenience so better get the timelines agreed in the agreement itself. My wedding trailer came in 7 months and final deliverables came after 10 months 2. Handholding - from selection of songs in traditional videos (my traditional video had bachpan ka pyar kid singing 😂 that i got changed ofcourse), to photos for albums, to editing be prepared to invest atleast a month dedicatedly to get anything decent as per your expectations, if you don't expect anything then maybe you'll be fine. 3. Unprofessional - So deliverables can be wrong but money has to be given irrespective with no guarantees of quality. He and his team have the audacity to mistreat your parents for payment of wrong delivery at your own house (in my case colors of my albums were wrong and the guy said we can reprint but can't guarantee quality to which we held his payment of the extra albums for a total of 20 minutes- mind you all the payment was done for the wedding at raw data stage only, this was additionally requested by me extra to which he quoted 25k for 2 albums - with discount 20k when I asked). So ya overall make an informed decision, he covered my wedding I wanted it to be special, it was partially but unprofessionalism ruined it for me now,after 10 months of my wedding. Stressful!! Honestly I wouldn't have reviewed negative if it wasn't the last point - i would have let it be but this is unacceptable and no one should go through this.

So, it was a destination wedding in kasauli. And we definitely got lucky by having chosen Imran as our memory(event) capture person. Thanks a lot for making us look beautiful with your perfectly timed candid clicks. He captured all events,guests and ambience without a flaw. And the emotions in the wedding video outpours effortlessly with the way it has been casted so great. Would definitely recommend him and his group for your (next) 'THE'day(s).

Imraan is a brilliant photographer with a fantastic eye for spectacular imagery. We have used his photography services for our and the results have been stunning. Nothing seems to be too difficult. His pleasure in taking the photos and sharing them with you makes the moment very enjoyable. He is also quite quick in getting the finished product back to you. I came across Last Bench Photographers through a common friend and decided to get in touch over instagram. To my surprise, I got an immediate response from Imran Khan, after which planning wedding photography and videography for my sister's wedding was a cakewalk. He assisted me with all my queries and guided me well through the entire process. Imran is one hell of a professional and a very polite and accomodating person. He understood my family's requirements for photography well in detail and went above and beyond in his efforts to make my sister's day memorable.Now, I wouldn't even dare imagine having anybody else to cover family weddings in future but Imran Khan and team. The pictures and videos have come out so perfectly. Everything was delivered to me within the timeline. I would definitely recommend him to everybody who requires wedding photography services. They were our wedding photographers. They are a bunch of great photographers and we were happy to get them to be a part of our wedding. They did a great job with the video however we were not fully satisfied with how I photos turned out to be.
