Natural , reasonable, as team they do amazing work,i love the team

I contacted Makeup Company for bridal makeup for my brother's wedding (20th, 21st March 2021) in Mysore. I finalized them in Feb and made an advance payment on 3rd February 2021. Since I live outside India, I had requested them to give a trial when I arrive in Bangalore. (Context: I lived in Bangalore during my India visit, but my brother's wedding was in Mysore. Though it was not my wedding, I booked bridal makeup for myself with Makeup Company) A couple of things about Makeup Company, 1) Firstly, after I arrived in Bangalore, I had to call Priyanka (Business owner) zillion times to schedule a time for trial. I finally got Priyanka's attention one week before the wedding. Since the wedding was close and she was all booked, she gave me a makeup trial on festival (Mahashivaratri) day. She was not prompt in her responses on the phone through messages and calls, making it difficult for me to communicate with her. I would go directly to her office to follow-up on things if I lived in Mysore as she was not prompt in her responses. 2) She sent me pictures for hairstyle on the reception day though I asked her a million times before. Sending photographs just a few hours before the reception and quoting she did the job is unacceptable when I booked Bridal makeup with her (Refer to attached image and date in the image). 3) When I booked her for the makeup, she mentioned that she would get some senior artists to do my hair. She brought her student instead. For the muhurtham, I asked her student about the finishing, and she said everything looks good, but my hair was not done right. During the wedding, the kuchu fell in the mantapa. It was not pretty. For the entire wedding, I had to stay with loose hair. She texts saying she will send her student to fix my hair; this is unacceptable as I'm the groom's sister, and I have to be present for the rituals. She is not consistent with her words. She introduced her assistant as a student but argued that her student was her senior artist later. Her student didn't do a senior artist's job (Refer to attached pictures). 4) I confirmed the appointment for 5 PM on the reception day, but her team arrived after good 1 hrs 40 mins. I can understand if they are delayed by 20 to 30 mins due to traffic, but not more than that. It created so much stress, and I didn't have the time or patience to check the makeup or hair. Everyone talked about my mom not being ready on time (I had booked saree draping and hair for my mom). She has her reasons always and blames it on traffic, photographer at the other wedding. How convenient!!! I would have given 2.5 stars to the Makeup company, but I can only give 2 stars because Priyanka and her team don't take responsibility for their actions. They always blame it on traffic, photographers or say that they did a good job, but they have no idea how things didn't work well. I'm giving them 2 stars because I liked my trial makeup more, and I believe the makeup company did an okay job with makeup for the reception and wedding but didn't do well with my hair. It was such chaos working with the Makeup Company that many things were unclear, which created a lot of stress. I'll not hire them again or recommend them. In my observation, the Makeup company has about 4 Bridal makeup appointments at a time. They are not doing justice for their job. When they charge so much money, they should also provide that level of service. She was hardly present for 30 mins to do the makeup; she had to run for a personal birthday dinner appointment. When we booked Priyanka, she told us that she would be present completely for my makeup and hair. Why accept to do bridal makeup when you know you will have personal commitments on the day of the reception? There was also a discrepancy in the prices that she quoted on the phone and the wedding day.

I got my wedding makeup done from Priyanka and i highly recommend her. she did an amazing job, i couldn't have been happier. We had a time crunch on the big day but she handled everything smoothly and got the job done, it was a huge relief. I looked stunning and my makeup stayed the same all day long inspite of so many rituals. Thank you for making my day special..!

I have seen Priyanka's work from the beginning she has evolved as a great makeup artist her work is very good.i like her eye shading,good going girl keep up ur good work?

I got my engagement makeup done by Priyanka and must say , she’s the best . Most of the makeup artist have a a lot of quality products but have very less knowledge on the usage of them. Priyanka not only has quality products and tools but also a sound knowledge on using them and also customising it to your skin type. Try her and you’ll never regret ??
