The Photo Store

We had a very disappointing experience with this photography team, especially considering the importance of a wedding and the amount we paid. A lot of key elements were completely missed. At home, none of the Christmas decor or tree was captured, even though getting married during peak Christmas season was intentional because of the decor. Basic attention to detail was lacking, like adjusting unattractive curtains or clearing background clutter while clicking pictures. Our customized wedding car decor was not photographed at all. At the church, the focus was rarely on the bridal couple or the priest. Most of the coverage was on the choir. Important moments and elements like the offertory baskets were missed. During couple and family photos at the altar, the heads of Mother Mary and Joseph were cut off in multiple frames, which was extremely upsetting. There was no guidance on poses despite a detailed discussion and list shared beforehand. At the reception, the photographers focused more on random guests instead of the couple, even though we had clearly communicated that it was our day. Personalized welcome boards, our dogs’ portraits, signature drinks at the bar, and many other thoughtful details were not captured. Although reels were discussed, no reels were actually created. Instead, existing footage was merely edited into reel format, even though relevant content had already been shared with them earlier. This felt misleading and not aligned with what was discussed. Almost all emcee introductions were missed, including first dance, father-daughter dance, sadoo, shoe game, bouquet toss, and more. The first draft of the wedding album even had the wrong wedding dates. The album box was delivered damaged and only replaced after we pointed it out. In the final album, my father was cut halfway during the cake-cutting photo and visible printing lines appeared in family portraits. The highlight video used a song that begins with the word “shit,” which was shocking and completely inappropriate for a wedding film. The traditional video included unnecessary background noise. For the Roce, the traditional video did not even include the actual Roce ceremony and jumped from entry and prayers straight to meals. Once again, I had to follow up repeatedly to get this corrected. Despite the contract clearly stating drone coverage, no drone footage was taken. In fact, no drone was even brought to the site. Despite paying a premium, the pricing felt inconsistent and unfair. We later learned that another bride who booked them around the same time for the same package was charged almost 40k less. It felt like pricing was based on perception rather than a standard quote. I had also booked them for the Roce to ensure comfort and continuity, but the team for the Roce and the wedding were completely different. The main photographer did not even come to shoot the wedding and only appeared after the wedding to collect payment. Although the final output looks decent after extensive intervention, the process caused immense stress, sleepless nights, and emotional exhaustion. I had to personally sit with the editor to fix multiple issues. Overall, professionalism was lacking, communication was poor, and the experience was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this team to couples who want peace of mind on their wedding day.

Awesome clicks. The photographer Kishor was really energetic and had guided us for great evening sunset clicks and captured the reception very thoroughly. The photos have come out really well. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants a hassle free, value for money (bang on the buck), and also very cooperative. I would also use the team again for all future events.
