The Photophiles

Had booked their service for our maternity shoot and baby shower function. Pros - Maternity shoot was handled very well by a lovely couple. They kept us comfortable and we enjoyed the time spent throughout the shoot. Cons - I literally had to run behind them for deliverables(digital copies, albums etc). By the time i got my final deliverables of baby shower and maternity shoot, our baby was already 5+ months old. Had to call them multiple times and follow up every single day only to face consistent delays. Delays are okay if they are properly communicated. But I never got any communication unless I started following up with multiples calls that were mostly unanswered for a while. It was a terrible experience with respect to the deliverables since my family was disappointed that they couldn't even get the album on time.

Worst experience! Maternity shoot happened on 09th Dec 2020 but till date they didn’t deliver our album.. when asked they claim the raw photos are deleted and requested time to recover but till now no update.. We have been trying to contact them for a past one year but no response.. We have decided to register a police complaint to get the album.. People - please be aware of these guys. Don’t give money and be fooled..

They are very creative and friendly... I spent a day for our maternity Photoshoot... And the output was mind-blowing.. One of the best in chennai I would say...

It was a rainy day, but the pictures all turned out amazing. They had so many great ideas of different styles for the pictures and also let us do anything we wanted as well. The suggestion of a location was perfect and they provided us with hundreds of photos that are wonderful memories for years to come!
