It's one year to the wedding and they have not yet given the wedding album, blaming us saying that we have sorted photos late but photos were already sorted in Feb, and till Dec no album received. No professional work culture, u have to contact multiple time for updates. Think twice before hiring, I had bad experience in regards to product delivery.

The Wedding Utsav

Hello mam, Any delay that may have been caused for the final product delivery, The Wedding Utsav was not solely responsible. Our contract with you clearly mentions the condition where, if you are unable to provide the sorted pictures in the given time frame then the stipulated time for final product delivery will not stand. Our team took extra efforts in helping to edit your final video product multiple times for the sake of client goodwill, whereas our contract suggests that any corrections possible will be done only once. In Addition to this, the whole country went into lockdown from March for five months and no business or any work related process was not possible during that time. The final product album has been finished and ready for handover but we have on record that you are denying the payment due for it, sighting delivery delay as the reason and emulating delay for the payment, which again goes against our contract. We Kindly hope that you keep patience with the final work. The wedding utsav won't disappoint you. Thank you.
