They are fun, understand what candid truly means and capture the best parts of your wedding. They will almost never ask you to pose and still catch every bit of the wedding while making you look amazing. Source

The photographers are calm and will let you enjoy the moment without creating any disturbance. They are punctual and accomodating. The photo quality is good. The coverage could have been a bit better. I would recommend you to have discussion with them on any special requirements, important people to cover and they'll do it for you.

What do I say about TTB! I got their reference from a family member and was separately following them on IG. The way they captured every moment, the candidness, the mood, the feeling - more than perfect. There’s not a single picture (out of the raw reel!!!) that I was not in awe with. You wouldn’t find a better, more chilled out team than Pranav and Ashwati. They became one of my abs favourites!!! They are humble, professional and so good at what they do. Pranav (Through The Barrel) is an amazing o photographer who is able to capture one’s candid and true personality on camera. He understands the couple and family, makes you comfortable and not all conscious. He is able to blend the modernity with fun and balance it with the emotions and traditions. If you want to enjoy your wedding photos, I would suggest them. They blend in and don’t it weird and formal.

When we started planning our wedding, one of the first things we did was ask our friends for recommendations. Out of all the photographers that were suggested, Pranav was the only one whose name came up repeatedly. Luckily for us, everything worked out and we got Through the Barrel to cover our wedding. And it was one of the best decisions we made! The team was sweet, thoroughly professional, and extremely understanding of the kind of moments we wanted them to capture. And capture they did! Now, when I go through my wedding album, I catch myself thinking, “Oh! They caught that too!” And it turns out to be one of the jokes my husband and I shared at the mandap. I’ve already been recommending them to anyone who’s getting married around me. And seeing how our photos turned out, it isn’t difficult to convince them!

The photography and videography teams were the ones we were most nervous about. They in a way would create all the memories for us to look back upon. After meeting Pranav ( Through the Barrel) and Aman (Film Screen), we were a little at ease. Our brief to them was to click the moments and not create them. We didn’t want the typical posed pictures and really capture us with everyone and through the events. We were still a little sceptical if this would actually happen but I remember mentioning to Archit the day after the wedding that I don’t remember seeing too much of Pranav and Aman yesterday, I hope we didn’t scare them and they hardly captured us. But I think their work speaks for itself. Absolutely brilliant candid moments captured and the trailer is something I can watch a 100 times and it still brings a big smile to our face!Source

It was a great experience working with Pranav and his team, they were very non-intrusive, professional and easy to work with. They captured some lovely moments from our reception and we were very impressed by the quality of the final output. They managed to capture all our close family members, which one is concerned about missing out with candid photography. Pranav had also suggested that we hire a traditional photographer (part of the Through the Barrel team), which turned out to be very important. The traditional camera covered very good quality group shots while the candid photographer covered more natural shots. Through the Barrel also worked smoothly with the videographers we hired (Film Screen), which was another huge plus. I would highly recommend them!

I knew before I was engaged that I had to have Pranav as my wedding photographer. I've been in the wedding "circuit" among my friends for the last few years. I wasn't impressed with the photographers, even though they boasted the "name" brands. I first came across Pranav's photos on Facebook. And also knowing him as a friend since college made me sure of his expertise at his work. I loved my wedding pictures ... the most important aspect of my wedding was in such good hands ; Pranav's team & Through the Barrel !! I remember discussing with Pranav that I really wanted a lot of candid shots and capturing of emotions in all my wedding photographs ; I had no idea then that he would do it so beautifully. The colours, the emotions.. just makes me vividly remember the wedding memories whenever I look at his pictures. Also he is a great guy to work with ; ever smiling and extremely non intrusive. We had a wonderful experience working with Pranav and his team . I was very particuar about sticking to only candid images in natural light, and they delivered. Though I was dead-againt a wedding video, Pranav made a short video from my mehendi which was fantastic, and now I'm kicking myself for not getting him to do a video for the entire wedding. The pictures were warm, natural and fun- nothing over processed or filtered, and he managed to capture the best moments through the ceremonies. There was a terrible storm on the wedding day, which was very upsetting because it was supposed to be an outdoor wedding. While our guests stayed inside a hall we managed to move into, our close friends and family stayed outside with us for the ceremony, and those pictures were fantastic. With the rain in the background, a sea of umbrellas covering us, and just the most important people in our lives, Pranav managed to make it look incredible. While he definitely prefers the mehendi images, the wedding pictures are my favourite.

I went through several photographers' portfolios before my wedding, looking for something that would catch my eye and appeal to my personal vision of what I wanted fro my wedding day photographers. When I saw Through the Barrel's portfolio, I knew I wanted them for my wedding. And I'm so glad I selected them! Pranav and his team are thoroughly professional and extremely talented. This is more of a thank you note than a review for the incredible work done by "Through The Barrel" team . We spent a lot of time searching for the right team to cover our wedding and really glad that we found a team that not only won our hearts with their work but also provided us more than what we paid them for. What struck the most about 'through the barrel' was their photography style of keeping the images honest without over editing them. Their friendliness made us, our family and friends so at ease that not for a second we thought that they were working with us for the 1st time. It was more like an old association with them. Pranav, Aman, Sarthak....Thank you!!

I thought going by the reviews here and seeing some of the sample images, that we could hire this vendor. And we felt we made a mistake by hiring them. The photographers requested for food soon as they came into the venue. After that I saw them clicking few pictures and lounging around more. while our list of grievances is long I will just mention the most irritating points: 1. They were asking to be paid before the function was over, which I agreed to pay because I had to pay then a part eod anyway. once I paid them, they left without clicking pictures of the family dinner or THE VIDAAI!! Later they inform me that they didn't know a vidai was going to happen. that is their level of experience and professionalism. I just could not argue with this person as it made me too angry and we felt cheated. 2. Not even a single solo full length pic of the bride in her wedding lehenga. And tooo many repeated pictures. I would suggest that anyone looking for a photographer, don't pick them.

Pranav couldn?t have been more professional or friendly from the moment we made contact with him. Having seen his online we were so excited to see what he would do for us. He took so much stress out of the day and went above and beyond the ?standard photographer requirements?, helping us plan timings and giving tips on how we could help to get the best shots. When they day came he did not disappoint. He got the most natural and beautiful photos and made everybody feel so at ease. It is clear to anybody who meets Pranav that he has a true passion for his work and this reflects in his genuine desire to give you the most amazing and unique memories that he can. If you are lucky enough to have Pranav as your photographer you will never look at another one the same. We cannot speak highly enough of Pranav and would recommend him in an instant over anybody else.

I could not say enough good things about Pranav and his team. We had the pleasure of working with him through all ceremonies till the wedding. The eye for detail is definitely something we rave about till date. The pictures came out like a fairtytale. Because the wedding was held in a small town, we did not have much to work with but an year later we still get compliments on how beautifully the pictures were taken. Okay..so we were almost on the verge of hiring him (Pranav Singh) and this is how he ruined it all for us. We were in talks with him for candid videography coverage for our wedding for a long time. After a lot of efforts to get a negotiated deal ( he increased the rates over time), We gave up and agreed to whatever he quoted us. Before transferring the entire 50% advance money to his account, just as a cautious measure we tried transferring a small amount to his account and the transaction didnt pass through. So, my fiance asked him to confirm us his bank account details once again but as he was out of station he said that he would get back to us. He never got back to us and when we tried contacting him after a week- 10 days or so he said that he has already got a booking done for our wedding days and he wouldnt be able to take ours. He was so blunt and heartless when he said that he hadnt got the money so he got booked elsewhere. He didnt even care to check with us again about the payment transfer before booking other client considering the time we had spent discussing our requirements with him. He just left us stranded. He may be a great photographer, may sound professional on mails but his lack of empathy and his lack of customer orientation wont take him far. Just beware of him.. He might ditch you anytime.
