Okay..so we were almost on the verge of hiring him (Pranav Singh) and this is how he ruined it all for us. We were in talks with him for candid videography coverage for our wedding for a long time. After a lot of efforts to get a negotiated deal ( he increased the rates over time), We gave up and agreed to whatever he quoted us. Before transferring the entire 50% advance money to his account, just as a cautious measure we tried transferring a small amount to his account and the transaction didnt pass through. So, my fiance asked him to confirm us his bank account details once again but as he was out of station he said that he would get back to us. He never got back to us and when we tried contacting him after a week- 10 days or so he said that he has already got a booking done for our wedding days and he wouldnt be able to take ours. He was so blunt and heartless when he said that he hadnt got the money so he got booked elsewhere. He didnt even care to check with us again about the payment transfer before booking other client considering the time we had spent discussing our requirements with him. He just left us stranded. He may be a great photographer, may sound professional on mails but his lack of empathy and his lack of customer orientation wont take him far. Just beware of him.. He might ditch you anytime.

Hello Chayanika, i'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. I think it mgiht be a case of miscommunication. As you mentioned we were in talks since April '15 and the last communication we had regarding the transfer of advance was in Oct '15. On mail when you asked for a confirmation regarding the transfer of the small amount you did, we responded the same day confirming we received it and you can go ahead with the full transfer, but then again for the next 10 days we didn't get anything so we couldn't really block your dates unless we receive an advance. So it is very difficult for us to block dates without an advance becuase of lot of times people have confirmed on mail/verbally but then turn away without informing us. I am sorry for the miscommunication again, we really hope you find a great vendor for your wedding. Regards, Pranav Singh Through the Barrel Photography
