The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It has been 4 months since I placed an order with them which has not been delivered yet. They just keep pushing the delivery dates forward and even refuse a refund if asked. A complaint has already been registered against them with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

The team of Tjori has resorted to unscrupulous behaviour under the cover of pandemic. The management has the audacity to refuse refund of payment to customers and extend the delivery date every 15 days or so without any intention of delivering the products or fully deceiving the customers by delivering extremely low-quality down-graded products, if they do decide to deliver one day.

Very unique collection I mostly buy something from here for my mom, product and pricing is very nice that's the reason my mom always happy..

Truly terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. The product reached me damaged and then it took me over a week of continuous chasing to request for a pickup/exchange. Its been over ten days now and no one has reached out to me regarding a reverse pickup. Appalling customer service and very little credibility will ensure I never use them again.
