Extremely unprofessional thieves. I booked them for 2 days for my fiance (the groom) to get ready for the wedding. Charged me 16,000 for 2 days with 5,000 advance. Which is fine. They came on time day 1. Since my fiance doesnt know hindi, not sure what happened but took the entire balance payment that day itself (11,000). Next day they had to come to at 2:30, but didnt show up. I found out at 3:15, we called them and they said they are “20 min away”. Finally came at 4:10. Agra is not that big that it takes 2+ hours to come. Clearly didnt even leave the store until we called thinking they can pocket the money. Since it was the wedding day, and there was a muhurat, he was extremely late, couldnt get photos done or we couldnt get proper couple photos. I contacted the owner Priyanka who took no accountability of her staff’s unprofessional behavior. Do not give these thieves any business. I was speaking to Syed at the store.
