After going through multiple artists’ portfolio on WMG, I had shortlisted Twinkle as well. I reached out to top 3 artists of my choice and Twinkle was the swiftest to respond. She was very comprehensive about her services and pricing and shared her Instagram links with me so that I could peruse through her work. Unfortunately my wedding dates had to be pushed due to COVID but Twinkle was never pushy or aggressive about it. When new dates were finalized, I approached her again and she was again responsive and helpful. She also let me know upfront that she won’t have a team member who could cover siders (my sister and mom) for the mehendi function as her team member was managing someone suffering from COVID and she wanted to be very safety conscious for all of our sakes. She took advance only after communicating this to me and was fine if I selected another makeup artist for siders. For wedding, she did arrange another team member who could cover siders. During my wedding functions, she was very punctual (my vidayi was at 6:30 am and she had to arrive at 5:30 am for my makeup but she didn’t complain about it). All throughout she worked highly professionally and everyone loved my makeup for all functions. She even worked with me on my hairstyles so that heavy hair accessories wouldn’t trigger my migraine without having to compromise on my overall looks in mind. She was very helpful, polite and an overall delight to have for my wedding. Everyone loved my makeup and people asked me about the makeup artist! Her team gave my sisters and mom amazing looks as well. The most surprising part: I selected her without any trial! She was the one who actually insisted on trial but once I looked at her Instagram portfolio, there was no need for trial! She has an amazing assortment of products from best in class brands and provides services which are equally match worthy.
