I placed an order, after extensive research, with the Universal Wedding Cards last year and made the payment just before COVID hit us. Since we could not have proceeded with the wedding last year, I withheld the actual printing of the cards and everything remained in suspension for a year. When we resumed planning this year and approached the company to process the request with the new scheduled, they happily worked me as if this was a fresh new order and did an excellent job and also expedited the print and delivery request and multiple iterative cycles to incorporate the changes prior to the print.
