Urban Gota is a small business with a big heart :) They're neither the most popular in their field nor the ones with the most reviews. But what I liked was their honesty and professionalism. They don't make false promises, are extremely reliable. I think that's great because I'd rather pay a couple of bucks extra to ensure work is done smoothly rather than calling and shouting at vendors during the run up to my wedding. I have placed orders with OTHER businesses with lower priced options but either the quality was compromised, my money returned as they couldn't complete the order or in some cases lies and excuses were spun. In this regard, Urban Gota has been a pleasure to work with :)
