They do not have creative artist. only to finalise the deisgn took 3 weeks. the designers they have are not innovative, one ends up putting their own brain while paying hefty amount to these card designers but they do not know or have any idea on how to do what! i felt complete waste of money to give it to Varda and get low quality work from them.

Never again. I think that this summarize perfectly what we think about this vendor. They know how to drive you crazy. My fiancée and I decided to deal with this vendor as my sister before worked with them (at this time my sister already designed everything and they just had to print). The deal was to choose 1 type of card and their "designer" had to send us examples. However we received cheap choices from their "designer" (I don't know if I can call it like that) 1 month after paying the advance payment. We had a deadline to respect for sending cards as they were religious constraints. I had to download Photoshop and learn on YouTube how to use the software to design myself the cards. And in 2 days my work was far better than the famous "designer". My fiancée and I had to struggle with them to make them understand that we only wanted good looking cards and not cheap ones. We spent so many time by WhatsApp struggling with them : the invitations card became a big deal in our wedding preparation as it shouldn't be. Coming from France and having our wedding in India, the first impression was really bad. We had to send someone from Mumbai to their shop (As we were not on spot but in France) to threaten them. This went that far... After the first prints, they send us a light quality video showing the cards. On the video everything seemed well and we were so in the hurry that we validated the work. However, once arrived in Paris... all the special characters had been replaced by something else. We missed the deadline for sending the cards. Obviously they asked total payment to finalise the printing (they waited that the money arrives in their bank account to begin the printing). We had to send the PDF cards that I designed with Photoshop by WhatsApp to all guests saying that the physical cards were delayeds. After struggling again with them again (we were about to make a nervous breakdown), they've accepted to print again the cards and send them to Paris with no charges). Results : - 3 months to receive the cards (only 500 cards) - more than 2.000 € / 2.220 $ / 160.000 ₹ spent - worst custom relationship - cheap design - struggling a lot I hope that people who want to deal with them will read those comments before (we unfortunately didn't). I almost forgot to say that despite of all what happened to us, the paper used for the card was good quality as the printing colors.

Pathetic service. They don't even deserve a place in this app. They looted us and gave us cheap quality cards after taking full payment. They didn't even give a sample. They gave us the cards very late as well.

Avoid this at any cost !!! They are only money mongers would treat their customers like beggars...They treat us as if they are providing us free services...Extremely rude and arrogant staff...They will not even greet nor help or suggest you anything and even if we go to take help they so rudely asking if that u can afford...Hearing that statement I made up my mind to not spend even a minute...They should learn first how to treat people then go to sell their cards...Avoid this negative place as there are many better and great places

BEWARE: these people are complete swindlers! My fiancée and I travelled to Mumbai from the states and were recommended this company for our wedding invitations. And boy did we make the wrong decision. The main owner/managers, Karan and Sujit are excellent salesman. They took 0 notes in the entire process - the results of that mistake are laid out below. Sujit told us we’d obtain 3 types of cards at a specified cost - then once we got back to the USA, they told us we had to pay more money to get the cards. After trying to discuss this reasonably with them over the phone, Karan proceeded to argue with me incessantly and treat me like an idiot. We later provided them all of the language in a MS Word document with directions on how we wanted the wording placed. They returned drafts to us 4 times because they continually messed up simple grammar and formatting mistakes. How is that possible when we provided the exact wording and grammar needed?? Then, they told us we had not paid for the parcel service when in fact we were told it was covered when we met and paid them in Mumbai. After having our cards delayed well over 2 weeks, we finally received them...and guess what? One entire set was WRONG! After explaining this to them, they argued with me that I would need to parcel them back ($100 additional cost to me) and they’d fix the error. The level of customer service is not even worth 1 star. Save your money and a major headache. We made a huge mistake with these clowns. Bottom line is that all they care about is upcharging you and taking your money. No mistake is ever their fault. You’ve been warned.

The end product that they gave us was absolutely stunning. When we sent the invites to our U.S.A relatives even they were amazed by the invites and told to reserve. But the only problem i faced with them was that they needed alot of follow ups which got a little irritating.
