I would not recommend anyone to book bridal or party makeup from them. At the time of booking they do not share entire information what is included in make up or what is not and while doing doing makeup the artist end up telling you this is not included you will have to pay extra for it. It is the worst experience booking my reception bridal make up booking from them. It was an advance booking. Booking was made on 29 Nov and function was on 8 Dec which gives VLCC plenty of time sharing all the information what is included or not. Moreover, the artist did not reach on time.

The staff there is super awesome. every staff is very polite and helpful. They'll not hesitate to run an extra mile if the need be. I'll like to name Ms. Priya, who is hair and makeup expert there. Her works and judgements is really good and thoughtful. She totally understand what her client needs and will provide the suggestion and solution according to that very need. I took balayage and global hair color treatment and cysteine from her. Results are really really beautiful. Since it is a pre bridal package, I have availed many services. Took 4 services till now and every service was top notch till now. MAC airbrush with senior artist was amazing and stood on my expectations. They did banarsi saree drapping very well and put bindi designs beautifully. And the staff is much experienced in bindi designs on forehead. They gave good attempt and it came out very well. Third service was party makeup for my reception. Temptu airbrush came out very well and proper finishing was made and therefore my face appeared flawless. Last comment is on Price... Its a bit high...no doubt the service is amazing.. Highly recommended as the best bridal salon in Varanasi.

This rating is for the professionalism and customer/client experience and specially for the lady in charge - Priya. Heard and read a lot of negative reviews about her which made me wonder and think twice but still went ahead and gave the advance for my April wedding back in November itself. She is so unprofessional that she was shouting on call while my baraat was standing outside for some confusion on the balance 3500 (we have invested 45k worth services already from VLCC in the last 2 weeks) with no discount at all. Her talking style while taking money vs when services are done totally changes. Worst of all. If there is a way to remove her license do suggest how because I would want to pursue it. Also she would give hand written bill and then add gst and say I am removing gst which is the discount I am giving you for taking so many services. There are two things when you are looking for a MUA , one ofcourse the skillset of the mua assigned to you. Other is the professionalism of the studio or salon. They failed miserably on the second one. For all bad reviews they claim it's from the competitors to defame them but trust me never ever choose VLCC. Now coming to my MUA - Pooja. Lovely woman. Super skill ful. I was not happy with my engagement look ..it was done in a hurry as I was running late but she dolled me up during my wedding which everyone loved. Her skill set is getting wasted in VLCC and I would urge @makeupbykratijain or @nandinithukral to just poach her. Make her part of your team. She deserves each bit. P.S. Mrs Priya , all she does is put whatsapp stories of brides and looks which is stolen from Instagram and FB. Her original vlcc specific photos are hardly any and you can realise it as soon as you see it. #banvlcckacheri #firepriya Also They will take 4k for hair spa and all they do is put the spa cream of loreal (the whole box comes for 800 bucks) and then wash and dry ur hair after some steam. Claiming it's some special type of SPA. 😂😂 Either they are foolish or too oversmart I stil paid all of it to them but when a lady calls 15 times when your baraat is standing outside and you stay just 10 mins away from the parlour and a local its the worst of all. We gave her 7 months advance but she couldn't wait for a day after taking 45K to clear the balance of whatever 3k she was claiming. We would have given her 10K if she was polite but the unprofessionalism was beyond my experience. Ridiculous Bullshit woman.

I have booked my pre bridal and bridal services here. After pre bridal faced full body rashes. Till now I'm having rashes that is because of the products used during body polishing and waxing. Makeup was okay okay not soo good. Not satisfied with their makeup. Disappointed with the facilities. Behaviour was good but my Dday ruined. Lost my brand new jeans too. Charged more than 32,000 for pre bridal+bridal service.
