Hi I had my event decor done by u guys. the output was really amazing and was done on time. everyone really liked and appreciated the overall look of it. Thank u the wonderful decor for both days. BUT .... not everything was executed as per the list confirmed by the team Ismail and coordinator Nikita. The front face of the building was suppose to be lit on the first day (engagement) and without that the entire building was so dull coz my venue. embarrassing moment for me and a big mistake by the team coz it was vry important and was told by me many times. Yes, I DID make some last min changes from the quote but the team could’ve told that it wasn’t possible to change it but instead they said they agreed and compensated it in the lights, no covered chairs and pyros without even informing me. I was also informed that it was 10 pyros instead on the day I find out it was 6.nothing was done when I contacted the team because I asked Nikita she said she left vermilion and they ll compensate in the future events. I don’t think there are gonna be future events if this is customer service I get. And no response after that . I understand that u guys are really busy. After so many months still no response to the issue . Good job vermilion. Kudos 👏🏼.
