Vows & Tales were our photographers and they did a stunning job. I always thought I am not very photogenic but looking at the pictures I can’t believe I used to think that. They were very sweet and patient throughout the process and vents. They were calm when we were tired and didn’t want to click pictures. They never forced us to do poses which we didn’t like and told us just to be ourselves. Abhit had us on our very first conversation. ‘Don’t worry Shalini, leave it upto us. The whole team is super fun, fuss-free and professional’ - Abhit. And I was sold. Our photographs are a beautiful documentation of our wedding; Vow and tales photographed our wedding exactly how we remember it, all the smiles, all the silly faces and all of the tears. They didn’t stop making both Rishi and I laugh all the time and this was so important specially for me because as we all know about ‘bridezilla’! Lol They understood us as a couple and managed to reflect our style well. During the roller coaster ride of planning a wedding, we are so stressed that we tend to forget that we need to have fun too. Thanks to Vows & Tales, an incredible team that din't let us miss the fun! I found them here on wedmegood and decided to meet them for my cousin's wedding. The services we hired Vows & Tales were : 1. Pre-wedding photography 2. Candid Wedding photography for Engagement/Sangeet and Reception/Wedding 3.Wedding Teaser. The entire staff was so helpful and everyone had a big smile on their face instead of busy schedules.These guys are dedicated, honest and they were working diligently during our celebrations. It was great to have extraordinary candid moments and expressions captured not only of the bride and groom, but also of all guests, which we might have missed otherwise. The pre wedding photography came out beautifully and the team was very creative with their ideas. They merged seamlessly in the close knit celebrations we were having.Everybody would tell you how good you are looking, but they would make you look good. They will talk to your makeup artist, they would talk to the people around, they would climb trees, go behind shrubs, go in the mud, to get the perfect shots. We love going back to the videos and photographs of the pre wedding and wedding celebrations. Real expressions, vivid colors, and valuable moments! These guys are a no frills team who work really hard and it shows in their results. The real game begins after the events are done. They managed well there too by delivering all the things in time.

What really helped was having examples of poses we liked and showing them to the team so they had an idea of what type of pictures we wanted. They were really receptive to what we wanted and not what they thought was best, although we welcomed their expertise. They made sure to make it about us and what we wanted. I am not sure how to describe my wonderful experience with Abhit and Team in words - they have been the most accommodating vendor I worked with during my wedding. Starting from my first interaction with them in the email I sent them asking for a quote, to the last time I met the team during my 'doli', I was always so happy for having chosen them as the team for my wedding photography. They were always very accommodating, very fuss-free in doing their work, and basically delivered the work to a T. Even before we finalised them as the vendor, my dad wanted to meet them and decide so Abhit drove down from Chandigarh to Jalandhar to meet him and convince he was the right choice ( and my dad isn't disappointed at all). The entire Vows and Tales team was like an extended family at the wedding, they sneakily did their work while being super punctual at all the events and not disturbing the flow of the itinerary ( no 'pls look this way' or 'pls madam get a little to the side'). They were all super professional, and extremely fun-people. As far as the deliverables are concerned, I have received the pictures and I LOVE THEM. The instagrammer in me is very very very happy and relieved with my choice. I didn't give them a full brief of what I wanted and let them use their creative freedom, and they have come out with flying colours. I am eagerly waiting for the wedding video now, and I am sure they would have done a great job. So thanks guys, for giving me so many tangible memories from one of the biggest days in my life!
