Surya & his team are excellent professionals & they delivered everything that was promised & beyond for my wedding that happened in Samaya Venue & Leisure. I would highly recommend engaging their services for ANY event!! We primarily hired them as Wedding Decorators which they delivered on seamlessly, but Surya also stepped up to help us with Event Planning aspects as well. Me & my family are based in Singapore, my fiancé was in USA & his parents were in Bangalore. Managing these time differences alone for any discussion was challenging, but Surya handled them with ease & this made communication much smoother all-around. In fact I didn’t even meet Surya in-person till my wedding day, all of our conversations were over the phone & he had only met my in-laws a couple of times. I’ve never worked so well with someone just virtually like this, an absolute relief for couples who are planning their weddings from overseas! Surya also helped to arrange last-minute accommodation for additional guests on my end & all of my guests were pleased with the arrangements made. He also very quickly arranged for a wedding cake & bridal bouquet when I had requested for it literally few days before the event & he made sure that he left no request unattended. When it came to decorations, I was very impressed with how Surya & his team delivered exactly what I had in mind! As someone who had planned & designed for events, I understood the processes & had pretty high standards for everything. I’m very pleased to say now that Surya & his team exceeded my expectations! All of our guests raved about the decorations for both the reception & muhurtham, actually we still get calls till this day filled with compliments on how our venue was decorated! Thank you to Surya for making my dream wedding decorations come true!! Right from the process of design planning, Surya gave me full creative freedom & asked me to share clear ideas/pictures of what I had in mind with him. This includes Pinterest pictures, videos etc. He would then give honest feedback on what would/wouldn’t work for the venue & my budget. He would also patiently share his past works & other ideas accompanied with visuals for my consideration. This definitely made the design finalisation process very easy. He was also very diligent when it came to budgets & worked well within what was discussed, if there were any additional costs he made sure to clear with me beforehand. Such experiences made working with Surya not only an absolute breeze, but made us feel secure that he is honest & trustworthy! Surya had also recommended the catering vendor we hired for both my reception & muhurtham. The food was simply outstanding & compliments poured in from everyone!
