I found Wedding locks through thier Instagram account and was immediately struck by how beautiful thier photos were. What really got me were his 5 minute videos of your wedding day (which they gets to you the next morning!…whaaaat??). Our engagement was a breeze. We had never been part of a photo shoot before and he made us feel so comfortable. He never asked us to fake any poses and he was able to coax genuine laughter out of us. Definitely a full go for wedding locks from my side.

Today we as Photographers have to deal with both type of clients. Clients with whom we form a relation and a few who don’t want to pay the balance amount and will create an issue for every lil thing. A negative review is always bad for the Firm which makes us lose a lot of value and trust apart from the monetary losses. We as photographers find every family as a new opportunity to expand our businesses but because of few clients we deal with issues like this. A genuine request to ask the photographers to give them references of other clients whom they have worked with and have satisfied their needs on time. Every story has two sides

We had Hired Wedding locks via Urban clap and we felt it was a preety good experience working with them .They were very accomdative with the time ..Depsite the shoot being prolonged by 4 hours, they stayed and finished the shoot and made sure the event was completed. The pictures and cinematic were beautiful ,curated and changed 3 times a per our requirements ..

I have no option but to write this review, I got married on 16th Nov 2018 but I am yet to receive a final cinematic video. The guy Sagar is very unprofessional, post collection of payment he has stopped answering my calls and if incase he answers the calls he tend to make some lame excuses like I am out of town or was busy with some personal issues etc hence couldn't finish our work. Please ensure not to trust this brand as you are only going to waste Lacs of rupees plus a lot of time chasing them for your pics and videos. Edited post Hi Sagar, just saw your recent strategy of using your own people to gift your self 5 stars. I have cleared all your dues yet you have not returned my photo frame. The edit on my highlight video is still flawed and incomplete, yet you don't have the manners and professionalism to answer the calls from your clients who have paid you in full. Stop blaming clients who have paid you lacs of many for your lousy quality of work. I wish people will read the genuine reviews and ratings and save themselves of needless hassle of dealing with your unprofessionalism. Reminding you again, that my wedding day was 16th Nov 2018 and today is 21st Jan 2021 still your work is incomplete. Requesting couples to search for a good brand in the same or less price range. I am sure they will get 200 times the quality of work that they will get here.

Wedding locks sagar makhwana is totally an unprofessional person We had to follow up for almost 8 months to get our photos that too in soft copy We had so many follow ups for which he would either give all sorts of personal issues lies or divert it to his friend who would not respond either. Biggest mistake we made is we paid all in advance He dint complete his work nor did he conduct a photoshoot as promised A big NO to give him you best day

This guy Sagar Makwana is a really unprofessional guy. He has nothing to do with clients or their wedding. Ditched just 1 month prior to wedding. And this was done by not picking up calls or not reverting to messages. He dint even had balls to say no by picking up one call. Completely non reliant guy and company. Go for someone else who creates memories and not fuss in your life.

I hired the services of Wedding Locks for my wedding photography and it was a fine experience with them. They were creative but I had a bad post wedding experience with the team. They lost the footage of almost a half day's worth pictures. Apart from that they did a good job on the field but the misplaced footage of photographs was an off experience for us. Otherwise they did quite a good job.
