I knew I wanted Prateek to photograph our wedding from the very first time I met him. There were some beautiful pictures up on his studio wall - of other weddings he had photographed - and you could sense that he truly owns the work he signs up for. This sense only got strengthened with time - Prateek and his team worked tirelessly throughout my wedding weekend - they were punctual and detail-oriented. One of the most touching things about Prateek is that he truly makes an effort to belong to the family and makes you feel like he's one of you. I often saw him interacting with some of our guests and making them feel more comfortable around the camera - something that I haven't seen often but this simple gesture goes a long way in giving you personalised, warm photographs from your special day. The photos from my wedding were a high-stakes game for me - long after the wedding is over it's not the food, decor or the clothes that stay on - it's the photos. Choosing a good photographer is one of the most important tasks of a wedding since those are the only memories you have left to reminisce later. I was extremely happy working with Prateek and his entire team. I got a great mix of traditional and candid photos which translated into a beautiful album. He is one of those photographers who does not fuss about giving extra edited pictures or extra pages in the album which eventually leads to customer delight. He is very professional right from the start, understands your requirements and ends up delivering more than he promises or what you would expect. He has the knack of being at the right place at the right time capturing moments you didnt rememebr from your own wedding. Though I am a little late in posting my review about this fab photographer that is Prateek, but Would like to say that I couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with my engagement pics and the "VIDEO". Its the video that just blew my mind, I knew it would be difficult for him to create a video like that from just one function, but he did a fantastic job. I can never grow tired of watching it and the pictures as well. My quick decision of finalising him for my engagement without even meeting him definitely proved right, and his work speaks for that. Prateek did a great job at my wedding. When we started looking out for photographers I interviewed quite a few and his work looked very promising. He was very professional in his communications and had a proper agreement laid out when we finalized him. Typically, I am very wary and go through all the terms of a contract before signing one. So, I reconfirmed that it should not be the case that he sends across someone else from his team for my wedding as it was very busy date. It somehow happened that he had to attend to a very critical personal emergency during my wedding. Despite of this fact, he made sure that he was present and remained true to his commitment. He is friendly enough to understand you as a person and the chemistry with your partner and blends in his work to suit your needs.
