My wife and I always dreamed of getting married in Udaipur; however, living in the USA made planning, preparation, and coordination extremely challenging. When the Weddings by Khush team came on board, they not only took care of every detail but ensured our dream wedding was beautifully fulfilled. Their high level of communication, budget-friendly pricing, and—most importantly—the peace of mind they provided made all the difference, especially for a destination wedding planned from overseas. No matter when we contacted the team, they were always available, patient, and kind, answering every question without hesitation. They truly made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. From venue coordination and décor to timelines and vendor management, every aspect was handled with exceptional care and precision. This event planner didn’t just ruin a wedding; they crushed my sister’s dreams and left our family heartbroken. As her brother, I’ve never felt such anger and helplessness as I did on that day. For them, it might have been just another wedding, but for us, it was everything—a day filled with hopes, love, and memories we had dreamed of for months. Instead, it turned into an absolute nightmare. From the start, their incompetence was glaring. The decorations were a joke—cheap, mismatched, and nothing like what we had discussed or paid for. It looked as though they’d thrown it together with leftover scraps. The timeline was chaotic, with events delayed by hours, leaving our guests frustrated and restless. The most heartbreaking moment came during the varmala ceremony. When the garlands broke immediately after the exchange, my sister’s face crumbled, her joy replaced with visible distress. My mother was in tears, and I couldn’t even console her. To make things worse, the groom’s hands were trembling as he tried to tie the garlands back together, clearly shaken by the mishap. The entire moment, which should have been magical, was destroyed because of the planner’s carelessness. I asked the event manager about the bride’s entry setup for the varmala—something we had discussed countless times—they looked confused and asked, “Was there anything planned for the entry?” They were completely clueless about the flower chaddar we had requested, and it took them two hours to prepare a disgusting makeshift chaddar that didn’t even come close to what we had envisioned. Throughout the event, I tried calling the event managers multiple times to address the decor and other preparations, but they blatantly ignored my calls. They cut my calls repeatedly, leaving us to manage their mess on our own during the wedding itself. It was beyond unprofessional—it was an insult to everything we had hoped for. This wasn’t just another wedding for us. It was a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that they destroyed with their negligence and lack of care. Watching my sister, who had dreamed of this day her entire life, cry because of their failures is something I will never forgive. To anyone considering this planner, I beg you to think twice. Don’t let them ruin your special day the way they ruined ours. Their carelessness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior make them completely unworthy of anyone’s trust. Save yourself the heartbreak—stay far, far away from these frauds. I have added the photos from our final decor PPT versus the actual wedding setup, and it is heartbreaking. What they promised was a dream; what they delivered was a nightmare—cheap, careless, and nothing like what we envisioned. Seeing my sister’s special day ruined like this is unbearable. Please don’t let them ruin anyone else’s sister’s wedding ??
