Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience with Wedflix Choosing Wedflix as our wedding photographer turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of our wedding planning. Despite full payment being made on time and all conversations clearly done in advance, Wedflix has completely failed to deliver what was promised. We had clearly shared our expectations, our vision, and the type of photos and videos we wanted for our wedding. Unfortunately, they were confused even about basic details—such as who the bride’s mother or sister was—which clearly shows how unprepared and careless their team was during such an important event. They demanded all kinds of accommodations and services from the client’s side, but when it came to fulfilling their own responsibilities, they did absolutely nothing as committed. No edited wedding photos provided till date No proper wedding video made Promised reels were never delivered Promised edited versions never shared Instead, they dumped completely Unorganised and unformatted raw data on a drive. The clips were just a few seconds long, scattered randomly, and extremely difficult to sort. We struggled endlessly to find special moments from our own wedding. This is not what professional wedding photography looks like. They failed to capture many important moments and completely ruined memories that can never be recreated. After leaving our city and receiving the final payment, they stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Wedflix took our money, made false promises, and walked away without delivering their services. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and trusting Wedflix means risking those memories forever. ❌ I strongly DO NOT recommend Wedflix to any bride, groom, or family—unless you are okay with stress, disappointment, and unrefined, incomplete wedding memories. Very terrible experience. Very irresponsible team. Very poor service.

So, currently when I am writing this review, it's a worst time in the 21st century. But as my brother's wedding was already fixed we decided to go with the plan. To make our wedding day the greatest and a memorable affair we chose WEDFLIX to capture our wedding story in the bestest way possible and believe me they are the best in the business. The pictures were bestowing the emotions and the wedding film left no stone unturned to made us laugh & Cry at the same time. We highly recommend WEDFLIX.
