Chintanbhai, Manan and their entire team made the entire process of organising the events so much more enjoyable for us that by the end of our association they have become a part of our family❤️. I have asked for their help in organising my sister’s wedding functions, my toddler’s birthday party and my aunt’s milestone birthday celebration and they have done a fabulous job at all these three very unique and very different occasions with delightful concepts and wonderful execution. I am a person who can annoy people with extra specifications 🙈 but Chintanbhai has always had ideas and solutions to whatever I threw at him. He has been thorough in his communication with us and the third party vendors we were dealing with. All of this has made our events very memorable and I wholeheartedly recommend their services and wish them the best.

White Lily Events was just amazing. We had very less time as we planned the wedding on a very short notice. We have been together for almost a decade and we had a ton of plans and ideas for how the wedding should have been done and due to the lack of time we started looking for a planner. Before Chintan approached us, we had almost interviewed 10 other planners and we had even started working with one of them. But just after the first meeting with Chintan, we were sure White Lily it is. It was a Christian wedding, we had not finalized the venue, food or even the events and we just had 30 days to go. Chintan was with us in almost every step. Helped us finalize the events, budget planning, Vendor selections, event planning and this allowed us to focus on other things that we had to do. We wanted to do the entire event by ourselves without taking any help from our families and it could not have been possible without Chintan. Chintan is amazing with planning your entire event and especially when it comes to decor. The house and the event locations were done better than what we had even thought of. The church decoration was probably one of the best I've ever seen in the Church(Don Bosco, Vadodara) in the last 20 years even with all the limitations due to COVID. Finally the D Day was the best. Chintan handled each and everything from start till the end, coordination with the vendors, photographers, the MC at the reception, the banquet decor, everything was better that expected. Even though there were minor delays from our end, He made sure we did not have to worry about anything. He had even taken care of some of the payments which made us carefree on the D day. I'll definitely recomend them to everyone. Already gave his reference to all my friends :) And most of all, we both made a real good friend with Chintan. He was just like a family member. Keep it up. 👍

Is there a zero? Cause that’s what I would give! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! I had my wedding booked in December this year. However due to NZ COVID border restrictions we are not able to go to India and cancelled the wedding. We had informed White Lily in beginning of June that we don’t think the government is going to ease the restrictions, so there was plenty of notice for them. I have been chasing up since then (6months now) for a refund and have gotten a different “generic” excuse every time. Firstly they show me this contract which doesn’t actually mention COVID terms and conditions. On top of that when we clarified about this on our first meeting, they seemed to care a lot and show “professionalism.” Where has that gone now? They don’t even pick up my calls. They agreed to a 30% refund before the end of October. Even that hasn’t come through and I got told another excuse. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!! Would not recommend to any family….especially NRIs.

Seeing the way Chintan handled the nitty-gritty of coordination at a close friend’s wedding, we knew that we needed him for our wedding too! Although we hired them just a few months before the wedding, they were always by our side and supported us through the toughest of times. Their vendor negotiation skills are commendable. Most importantly, they help you to remain calm in stressful situations. It was great working with them :)

If you are planning a wedding and debating whether or not you need a wedding planner. Don’t even think twice about it. You NEED one, and you absolutely NEED white Lily events. I am a control freak and a very type A personality and I did not think I needed a planner. This was one of the best decisions that we made during our entire planning process. We had the pleasure of working with Chintan. They are so experienced in what they do, they are so organized and effective that they truly let you just be. Chintan is so dedicated to what he do that he will respond to you literally any time of day to put you at ease, whether that is 5 am or 11 pm. They are there for you every step of the way. We never had to wait more than an hour to get a response, more so, usually it came within 5 mins of writing the text. The coordination that they bring to the table is simply incredible. They will coordinate amongst all of your vendors and make sure things that you did not even know had to be done are considered, discussed and resolved before the big day. The thing that stood out to us the most however, was the smoothness that they orchestrated on the actual day of the day wedding. There will always be a few hiccups during the celebration of any wedding, but as a client, I did not have to answer a single question, I did not speak to a single vendor, and I did not have to deal with a single issue. In fact, Chintan took care of everything so quickly that I did not even notice a single mishap. Chintan took charge and took care of absolutely everything. He made the day completely stress free for us. There were times that I knew we were behind schedule, I would look at him, and he would simply say “you are good, everything is ok, I have everything under control.” And it is that simple sentence that made the wedding what it was. Because he not only said it, but he did in fact have every single little thing under her control. White Lily events is your key to your wedding. Thank you for your work.
