From the moment we met, they took time to understand my vision for the wedding and helped me create personalised experience that was unique to me and my partner They offered a wide range of options that fit within my budget without sacrificing the quality and elegance that I wanted for my big day. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Throughout the process, Yellowplanners team was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. From the Engagement to the Reception and everything in between, from stunning floral arrangements and beautiful lighting they made sure everything was flawless and seamless. Yellow Planners is a team of amazing people they managed our events very gracefully every one liked their planning, It was everything which we wanted for our wedding everything was beyond expectations, we loved everything and would highly recommend them.

Yellow Planners are simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G !!! Infact words cannot do justice to how invaluable they have been to us over our epic journey towards our wedding for over a year. Mr. Phani instantly brought us out of a state of overwhelming panic and confusion. He had personalised checklists, put enormous effort in materializing every idea we had while still managing to keep us in budget. The team did an incredible job coordinating everyone and everything: Decor, Dj, Confetti & Lighting, Bar, Furniture.. not to mention we had unique entrances for every event. They were always available for a chat or a meeting, even when we had something “pop up” at the most inopportune time they were there to take care of it quickly, effectively and kindly! If you are looking for someone to assist with planning and executing your special day, I honestly cannot recommend Yellow Planners highly enough. I would give you 6 stars if I could. Loved the work of yellowplanners..Bunch of young people who are easy to communicate, discuss and plan for.. Had them work for 6 events : mangalsnanam,groom/bride showers, Mehandi,sangeeth,wedding,reception..Price is very resonable and customizable.. We had few other options before we opted to yellow planners but these guys gave us the satisfaction of best pick..Our mehandi will be remembered forever for the work they had put into it..Stood out as the best

Once engaged, the couple has a lot of thinking and sorting-out to do, planners is one such aspect. For our engagement, Sowkya and I had been looking around for a lot of decorators and planners who could create a traditional+contemporary look,but no luck. That's when we decided to go with Yellowplanners, who were the only enthusiastic ones to do a combination of traditional and contemporary decor. When I told them about our engagement decor and planning, I was little nervous and so stayed up all night coordinating with them. But when the final output came out, Sowkya and I were Awestruck. We knew instantly, that Yellowplanners would be our wedding planners. Earlier, I was a little skeptical about handing over my entire wedding planning to them because the venue was far away from Hyderabad and that they didn't have much experience in weddings. But with just one event, they gained our full confidence and we could blindly trust the team. Sowkya and I, being a stylist and a photographer respectively, had people looking upto our profiles so we definitely had our ideas and inputs for the decor. We gave in our ideas and they took it on from there. They developed and improvised our ideas and gave final touches in such a way, it still had our aura to it. Our wedding was with a hectic schedule, we had ceremonies on the go and with such little time, the team managed to create relentless atmoshere of celebration. Our relatives were flabbergasted at their pace of changing the settings for each ceremony. And not just the decor, they took care of every single element of the wedding and that's how we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest! Thanks to Yellowplanners! Kudos to the team who was as friendly as a personal team and yet remaining professional with work.

This was back in 2017, we decided to throw a big house warming ceremony to our near and dear. Through some common friends, i have come across yellow planners. I was highly reluctant as from what i heard yellows planners were specialists in Birthday celebrations and i was not really sure about them planning house warming ceremonies. Yet we went ahead and took their services. Phani and his entire team did an amazing job be it decorations, event activities, coordinating with caterers, photographers etc. We were really tensed in the last minute if everything would be ready and perfect before muhurtam. They assured us that job would be done and everything went so well. i am really happy with their service. Will i take their services again?? For sure, we would hire them for any further events at home or office.

Yellow Planners is a team of dedicated and fun loving folks. Work is never work with them, they enjoy your wedding as much as you do. They planned my wedding in 2016- haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception. They are open to ideas because they understand it’s your wedding and everyone has a dream wedding in mind. Decor is their strength. For my wedding they did decor(ofcourse!) and other things related to wedding. They can support with end to end wedding arrangements.
