Worst experience. A haunted nightmare , my sister wedding was on 8 December 2017 . Didn’t received video ,albums yet . Full amount paid as decided in the soo called agreement of Rajeev awasthi which was 8 lakh . In mid of wedding took 2 lakh by saying your gathering is more . After that took 2 lakh after 2 days of wedding by saying album videography amount i m not able to pay to video grapher he goes to police station by charging us that we didn’t gave him whole amount. Such an asshole . May someone punish his Family 2 daughters for his sins . A lot to say and mentioned a number of visits to his office near ridhi sidhi . Fully corrupt.

The biggest mistake of my life was giving the responsibility of event's management of my son's wedding to Yugale events in January 2020. I came to know about him through a family acquaintance and trusting him with everything turned out to be a nightmare. As a groom's father, I wanted to enjoy every moment of my son's wedding and by giving the responsibility to Yugale events, I thought I will do the same, but here I was wrong. First of all, it is not an organization. A person named Rajeev Awasthi runs this scam where he will show you great images of options for everything to choose from. While the end result is a cheap, sub standard and opposite version of what was selected. The quality gets decreasing and the cost gets invariably increasing. His best quality is that he does so exactly at the time of event. For example, he will demand money for decoration exactly a few hours before starting of the event, when you are left with no other choice. He uses tactics like halting the decoration work, not opening the food counters, service men misbehaving with guests and maligning your reputation in front of everyone by saying that he is not paid. While the truth is he takes 90% amount in name of advance. The above-mentioned are only a few things that I encountered and passed anyhow. The truth is along with this incidents that he kept doing, I have gone through immense mental ordeal. As a groom's father, I already had many happy things to attend, but I attended only stress, mental pressure and depression that cannot be explained in words. Instead of enjoying, I was either into correcting his sub-standard arrangements or to arrange money for his demands. I request all to never trust fraudster Rajeev Awasthi with anything because you will only get mentally traumatized in the end.

***PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GETTING INTO THE TRAP OF RAJEEV AWASTHI*** Giving 0.5 rating as this is the least available rating, otherwise he does not even deserve 0 rating. It was my brother's marriage that he handled (ruined) and below are the points that would make all understand the issues - 1. Basically, he was supposed to help us with all aspects of the wedding, but we found him to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and belligerent. Although he was polite and sweet to us before we hired him, after we signed the contract it was another story. 2. Secondly, it is not an event company having various members. One person named Rajeev Awasthi does all the things and other people are hired on daily basis for different chores. I have seen these hired people disobeying him many times, this is the reputation/ command he have on his work. 3. As usual, in the starting suggestions were asked for decoration, events and food etc. and our every suggestion was discarded by saying that it is old fashioned or not available. Basically he puts forward only 2 to 3 options for selection and that too are not fulfilled in the end. 4. Decoration was below average in every event. He will show you latest trendy images and what you get in reality is the basic average decoration and that too is flawed. 5. We had many sittings before finalizing menu for every event and he even compels you to sign on everything. But in reality, the taste of food was below standard and atleast 2 menu dishes were either missed or replaced abruptly. 6. He had the audacity to demand a hefty amount for starting the buffet during wedding. 7. For mehendi and make-up, no proper individuals were arranged. On asking, his reply was "kanha se laun?". 2 - 3 ladies that came for this purpose, were too slow in their work and started charging the guests for getting good quality work done. 8. You have to keep a log of all the events and things that you have planned, as Rajeev Awasthi comfortably forgets many things to do for which he charges or promises. These are only a few major points that I have mentioned. There were endless things that happened every hour and he did not even took any responsibility for it. Forget about a unique event, by handling it to Rajeev Awasthi, you will have a below average event plus huge mental burden, as he has the habit of taking money, promising things and then not doing it at all. On the worst, he can halt any event by compelling you to pay him first. We suffered endlessly and urge you to not fall his prey. Regards.

They don’t deserve any star but I have to go with 0.5 because I want you all will know them before you choose them to spoil your event. They are such a big lier and doing false promises with the clients. There biggest lie this, they are not a event company Rajeev avasti is the only person that handle all the things and mess them all very well. He said that 4-5 member team Will handle your all events. We didn’t get even 10% of that they shows us before the get advance. They take pictures from internet and shows to the client that we will do this and that in decorations and lighting. We planned destination wedding in jaipur and we hired him through the recommendation of our well known person family friend. This is one of our biggest mistake in our whole life because he spoiled some special moment of wedding very well. He doesn’t know how to run an event company this is first company I have ever seen which will not take payment event wise, they are taking payment by saying “Sir mujhe ajj iski payment karke book karna haiapp mujhe paise dedo nai to ye reh jayega ” before marriage On the very first day We told him to prepare lunch before 12pm because our guest was arriving after 12 hours trevel from punjab At 11am and the lunch was not ready till 2 pm and we heard excuses this and that. Decorations are “Tatti” by them we changed all the decoration by our self On wedding day, Barat is on the gate of garden and they said we will not start buffet till you are not paying me * amount of the payment which is to small of the whole payment because we paid a huge huge huge amount before wedding. We started miss behaving with the guest on asking for the water. Waiter said we didn’t start yet and waiting for the confirmation from event manager which is Rajeev Avasti After wedding we decided we will not take our wedding movie and photography and will not pay for that. For this he started massaging to our relatives which is added this the whats app group before wedding for the planning and And decorations and lighting selection. After 6 months of wedding, I am posting this reviews because now I can’t handle his shits any more. He spoiled our wedding functions our repo now he start messaging to our relatives. Please think we aren’t taking our wedding photos and videos from him how much we are frustrated. We suffered alots because we have to check each and every thing personally even after hiring an event management company. Think 10 times before calling or contacting So called Yugale events management company. Good luck for your event.

Is there any negative rating i would like to use that for this event company.. just because the screwed my whole wedding event we had give huge amount of payment in advance. what he had done is that he had created a group on whatsapp with family to show the way of working and showing how they work and what actually they give is things in way he want .. they show pics of some thing else and give you lowest quality thing and charge so much for that shits. we had given him huge amount and in end he had blackmail us and even use to tell give me x amount or i will not serve food in weeding or start telling people you haven't given any money. After your event also he will going to blackmail you for your data he will not going to give any of your photograph and video or will keep your videos and then going to message your family members on whatsapp that you had not given any amount of money.... and black mail you for more money.... not posting in behalf of someone .. i am the one who suffered all this and can tell you more if anyone wants... don't try this event company.. worst experience worst event planner @rajeevawasthi ........

They did my Wedding Reception (17 Feb 2016) and the Catering food taste was very good... They go out of their way to make the event special and are very passionate about what they do. Again thanks to Team Yugale !!!

Yugale Events took care of all our requirements including catering for every function of my Brother's wedding ( 11 & 12 Feb 2020 ). I am personally highly satisfied with the quality & taste of the services they had provided. They are very much professional and proficient for the services of the wedding.

They start raising agreed cost of the same events unreasonably high after the invitation cards have been sent out with their arranged venue and the clients are forced to agree so that the various events in the near future are completed by them. They have no issues backing out of agreements if their unreasonably high last minute demands are not met. I also know with proof that while they collect the huge amounts in the name of paying advances for vendors, they actually don't pay them the promised amount, if any. There are various vendors and clients who have filed charges against them for bounced cheques. FIR has also been filed against them for criminal breach of trust and cheating/ dishonesty for cancelling events management just three days before, in my nieces marriage. If anyone is interested in proof, I can provide the same, feel free to contact. They are not an events management firm, actually they are in the business of blackmail and fraud. They have no morals & ethics.

Very Bad Wedding Planner Do not plan Any wedding with Yugale Mr Rajeev & Suman We are fooled with event of Wedding which we planned with this people & Picture which was shown to us was totally different and what we got was Surprisingly very Low We made lot of payment advances and later that was our big Mistake they just keep demanding money money before even event is started they said if u don't pay our people will stop working If any one wants to know more in detail contact me Read less

As per my experience, Seems that arvind bana and parul gupta provided fake reviews just to increase rating as suman singh and rajiv awasthi are the one who can go up to any extent for money even till last time of your event or making the all the arrangements very very low. Being host you will feel shame.
