Not gonna lie but I had seen their work before and have always been in love with it. So wanted them for my best day. They are extremely professional and unique. Best part they do what you want and also add sparkle to it with their creativity. Wouldn't think twice to have them for all my special occasions. Arclamp - Unique in their way !

Following up 2-3 times a week and still not getting any deliverables for a long long time Snippet of Deliverables promised vs when they were delivered to me :Wedding Date - 24th Feb 2023 1. Deliverables : ~ All edited Photos & Raw Photo Files ( Within 30 Days ) - Received raw photos Two months later on 26th March after multiple follow ups ~ 2 Photo-book of customisable options cover , paper , design etc ( Two Weeks from Selection ) - Received on 1st Nov 23, even after selecting and sending the photos for print within 1 week on being received ~ Cinematic Highlights film of 3-5 minutes. ( 60-90 Days ) - Received after 364 days on 23rd February 2024 ~ Full cinematic wedding film of 30-40 minutes ( Within 60-90 Days ) - Received after 364 days on 23rd February 2024 ~ Raw merged video files of each event separately. - Have not received all the raw videos yet despite mutiple requests ~. Reels of events ( Depending on content ) - Have not received this for the groom side yet again after multiple requests ~. Casual Photoshoot - If this refers to Prewedding, Got this on 29th Dec, 23 Quality of the deliverables - would rate it 3/5, they do not do any magic with the videos or photos as such, its very much similar to what other photographers would do. Exception - There are a few shots - 4 or 5 moments which they’ve captured differently, apart from it it’s very much normal. No creativity or exclusivity involved as such. Nothing extraordinary as well Team - Very irresponsive, despite multiple requests and follow ups, the timelines keep moving always. At times the calls are not answered and there’s no revert. Got to connect with one of the leads from the team who was far better in terms of communications. Work wise, I guess they’ve one member, whatever little innovation you’ll see happening in the videos or photos comes from him. Charges - Pretty much at par with competitors. Infact I’ve friends who got their weddings done by Saycheese films and the deliverables look pretty exciting and interesting and exciting, while also delivering within promised deadlines Overall experience - Okay at best, Deliverables are satisfactory Recommendation- Please go with photographers who have a record on delivering on Time even thought they might be charging a lil extra, this is a once in a lifetime memory for most of us and should definitely not become a terrible experience to get the deliverables. Professionalism definitely matters and Arclamp fails miserably in that parameter.

Not sure if i was the unlucky one amongst the customers or the good reviews are written by their families and friends. Apart from one of the guys in the team ie , Dutta (if am spelling the name right) none of the others were interested as it seemed like they only did those "high end weddings". So now not only do i have no memories but also one of the bitter days i don't want to remember cause we had to run behind the photographers plead them to click pictures at all. Haven't received the raw videos yet and the photos are bare minimum. So if you are someone whose wedding is "high end" well arc lamp is your team or else you'd just be felt that you aren't good enough for the team. Even after making the payment. The team really needs to fix their attitude! Do consider the genuine review and then make your consideration. The photo shows how he hasn't responded to my message till date.

I wish I could give them a 0 because that's what their work was like. I understand they are a bunch of young boys with no professionalism and amature behaviour. However i believe in terms of humanity they should have had the courtesy to respond to our messages which is the bare minimum one can do. I believe all the good reviews are of their friends cause I also have one of my friends who faced something similar to our situation. The main photographer sachikant did not bother to click pictures of the bride and he had several assistants who seemed less interested. We had to please them in every step and received no good results. I agree our setup was chaotic but that's how weddings are. We are not here to please you rather should be the other way around. We haven't received our raw videos or photo album yet. I would suggest people to also consider a word of mouth recommendation while choosing a photographer. Personal advise, learn how to conduct yourself before getting into a business and selling your "ART".

Thank you to Sachikant and the team for capturing the wedding so beautifully. I had seen their work at a friend's wedding and was instantly impressed. Considering how camera shy i am, the crew was extremely supportive in making me feel comfortable and in-my-skin throughout the events. All the moments were captured incredibly well, especially ones that make you re-live the moment (example attached) They have been very responsive and professional for all the wedding requirements and needless to say, i highly recommend them.

Their photography work is second to none. I was amazed by their different angle shots as well as surprised at the same time how did they manage to click such beautiful memories. Yes, I said it they capture memories , moments , feelings not photos . If you want your memories to be with you forever then I will highly recommend them.

These guys are magicians! Definitely the best of many wedding photography teams that I've known. Every picture that they clicked looked dreamy and beautiful! Made everyone in the functions look like a star! No fuss no non sense and fine work, that's how they deliver stunning pictures capturing every moment beautifully!

These guys should be top of your guest list! They take absolutely awesome photos whilst making everyone feel totally relaxed! They certainly didn’t disappoint, they are so much more than wedding photographers. They were on hand for any wedding planning advice and gave us so many little tips on the day. I absolutely love all photos from my sister's wedding and can’t stop looking at the wedding album. I just need to find an excuse to see them working their magic again!

Still in awe of my wedding photos, the team clicked. Talented bunch of people, for sure. Be it capturing those special moments or clichéd poses of the bride and groom, they did it all. They are probably the best in town. Be it candids, be it staged, be it quirky or just good ol' classics, the core team GETS what today's couple need out of their ceremonies. I was already familiar with their work from my best friend's beach wedding and I just had to hire them for mine! A very smart and hardworking team that doesn't really ask much of you during the ceremony but the end results are stunning. What really is the coolest thing about them is they incorporate absolutely anything in vicinity as a prop to take the general shots a notch higher. Hassle-free. Colorful. Fun. I would recommend Arc Lamp Weddings to anyone in a beat.
