My wedding happened in December 2023. Till date I have not received my candid video. I received the traditional video and photos after 4 months of follow up. They are very particular about receiving the payment but when it comes to service, I would have given a 0 if I could. Even the owner Yogesh is of no help, they keep on saying tomorrow tomorrow. And this is the 6th month thats going on post my wedding. Will not suggest anyone to go with them. The least level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. EDIT: 8 received a call from Yogesh asking me to take down the review and when I declined, he marked my review as a fake review with WedMeGood team. I sincerely thank WedMeGood team who reached out to me and I shared all necessary screenshots with them. This is the level Yogesh and his team will stoop to, to garner positive reviews only. And apparently this is their second page on WedMeGood. There is another vendor by artsy which has a rating of 2.8 and belongs to Yogesh itself. Please do not be fooled by them. They will take your money and just will not care later. Don’t spoil your big day by taking their service.

We were very happy with the photography services offered by Artsylens Bangalore. My father was recommended their services through a contact. We also made a visit to their professional office located in the heart of MG Road, which was very convenient. We were happy and impressed to see many staff working diligently on the wedding albums/videos of numerous clients under Mr. Yogesh's leadership. We used Artsylens for our wedding (2 days) and reception (which was outstation). Photographers were on time and very enthusiastic about capturing all the key moments of our wedding/reception ceremony. We also received the pictures very promptly, on a hardisk (in a matter of a few days). This is a key differentiating factor of Artsylens, their pictures are great (as their photography staff are extremely skilled) and don't need additional time spent on editing etc, as such are available for the client very quickly. Another point to mention is that Mr Yogesh communicated very well with us and kept us informed throughout the process. The entire team is very professional and talented beyond doubt! On the wedding day, often the couple can blank out on what poses to consider, but the team is so skilled, that they guided us on good poses. Day photographs and night photographs, candid and traditional, all were excellent! Overall, I am very happy with their services and have no hesitation recommending them for others for their big day!!!

Worst experience ever. We had the pre wed photoshoot in Hyderabad with this team. 1. No punctuality (the shoot was supposed to start at 12p and the team didn't show up until 1P) 2. No professionalism (we got 4 so called photographers one does candid photography one does video and one for drone the extra member - god knowswhat he does. The videographer is the worst. They all look like blooper videos) 3. No on time delivery - you get to follow up wuth them N number of times, still you wont get the delivery 4. The team will never deliver the photos/videos on time. You'll just get excuses from them. 5. Don't be fooled with Instagram photos and the other reviews. They're all fake for me aftee looking at myown photos and videos 6. They do not have full time photographers working for them. They hire someone on daily basis/hourly basis who are worst They've spoiled our time, money and effort. Great team, Great work. Ours was a night event and I was worried about lighting and how the photos would be. But Yogesh and his team did a phenomenal job. Really impressed. Must take candid along with traditional package. Candid have come out exceptionally good. And last but not the least they are value for money.
