⸻ It has been 3 years since my wedding, and to this day, I have only received the pictures — no videos and no albums. Despite continuously following up through calls and messages, I rarely receive any response. When I call from a different number, they answer once, but then stop picking up again. Whenever they do respond, they speak very rudely and keep giving random delivery dates, but never actually deliver anything. The positive reviews you see appear to be fake, as they have posted them themselves. I have wasted my money, energy, and most importantly, my once-in-a-lifetime memories by trusting them. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I even cried in front of them, requesting them to deliver my wedding videos, but they simply said they were “not free” to do it. I have been collecting evidences against them in form of chats and call recordings. Hopefully will get justice to the pain they have put me through. Please be careful and do not book them. Don’t risk your special moments with such unprofessional service.

We had an interstate wedding and hired this company to handle key parts of our ceremonies, including live streaming of our church ceremony. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and distressing. Their first task was to live broadcast our Church wedding. To our shock, the live stream abruptly stopped after just 30 minutes, with no communication, no explanation, and no apology. When we followed up, the company representative, Divyanshu, responded rudely and unprofessionally, claiming someone had “thrown away the Wi-Fi cable” — an excuse that not only lacks credibility but also reflects their complete lack of preparedness and responsibility. Even during the shoots, especially during my solo segments, I felt extremely uncomfortable working with their team. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, particularly during such a personal and emotional event. Even after that incident, we remained patient, trusting they would deliver the agreed deliverables. However, months have passed, and aside from a few raw photos, we have received none of the deliverables we paid for. Every time we follow up, they either ignore us or act like they don’t remember any of the promises made and keep missing the delivery dates. To make matters worse, Divyanshu has at times claimed that our data was deleted — a deeply troubling admission. We are now completely exhausted and have lost all faith in this company. Their conduct has been unethical, unprofessional, and emotionally damaging. These are fraud people. They take entire payment in advance. Divyanshu and harsh are fraud people and they don't pick calls after taking payment. Please don't waste your hard earned people to these fraud people

I hired a team for my wedding, which took place on January 31, 2024. Out of the total payment of ₹1.5 lakh, I have already paid ₹1.2 lakh. So far, they have only delivered raw photos and a few edited ones after 2–3 months. Since then, there have been no updates regarding our wedding video and album. The so-called manager and project manager, Divyanshu Shekhar and Harsh, are complete frauds. After receiving the majority of the payment, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. Do not be misled by their Instagram handle and fall victim to their scams. These individuals are fraudsters with no permanent office or location. They hire local photographers to complete the work, but once the payment is made, it becomes impossible to get in touch with them. Save yourself from such scammers

I’ve booked them for my baby’s first birthday photoshoot. Ms Jyoti Srestha aka Jia is their manager who takes the booking who will talk very sweetly while taking booking but have ‘ZERO’ manners and poor etiquette while dealing with their client once their payment is cleared just after the photoshoot. A person named Divyanshu and the other team members Harsh etc are also very unprofessional and ill-mannered people who will talk rubbish and rudely afterwards. Zero client servicing, zero class, zero attitude or I must say that they should learn first manners and some etiquette along with their pathetic photography skills. They took more than a month to deliver raw photos and then after multiple follow-ups they delivered the edited photos and that too are basic. They were supposed to deliver the photo frame and asked us to pay for the delivery while it was supposed to be done by them. On top of that, when we denied, they removed all the photos from the drive, used abusive language over the phone call. I have very bad experience with them and won’t recommend to book these frauds for your precious moments else you will end up with same. I’m attaching their insta profiles here and alert everyone to beware of this gang of pathetic and fraud photographers.

I booked Dazzling Shots a few months out from our wedding as it became clear people overseas would not be able to attend. They were so accomodating and easy to work with. They were at all the right places at all the right times and captured amazing footage on our wedding day. The highlights video they created was incredible. It was edited beautifully, they have great attention to detail and it featured all our special moments seamlessly stitched together. I hired the team for my marriage which was on 02/05/2022. I was promised best quality work and very quick selection and processing of albums and video. They are the most unprofessional photography team ever. No response since months, full amount was demanded and I paid a total of 1.50 Lakhs for both, bride and the groom's side. Till today the album and the video is not finalized. They are blaming it on us saying that we were late in selecting the pictures, but they were clearly asked to select the same themselves. This team is also vague as they are not permanent. The quality of photography depends upon the availability of few experienced photographers/videographers who are hired occassionally to create a fake image of this team. Beware of these fraudsters and go for some other options.
