This guy is a scam artist, done our weeding shoot at a commitment that he will be at the wedding , send some random guys and gave excuse that he met with accident, very unprofessional. Stay away if you don’t want to get scammed.

It was a horrible experience , the after sales service was the worst . We couldn't get our almbum even after 2 years of the shoot inspite of contacting them continuously . Would not recommend this to anyone .

I spent so much on this shity photographer and marriage was 2 years ago ,they still haven't given me the album and keep asking me for more money . Worst experience ever ,these guys are fraud ,even the office mentioned is fraud ,I am gonna take legal action against these fraud people , they took payment and never gave me album especially this hitesh guy , whoever is reading this ,these people are scam don't ruin your marriage with these frauds. I am a lawyer and I am sending legal notice to these people

We had got Radiant pictures to capture and shoot our Engagement in Faridabad. They are priced quite sensibly and are OK at their job. I am myself a cinematographer, so I can tell they can do the basic, low-budget stuff well. It took SEVERAL calls from us, repeated calls almost daily to get the final products out. Our reception was in Dehradun, we tried to find a good team for a decent budget, but could not. Upon the promise that all the required deliveries would be made in time, we took them on again. They took the money (except like 5%) and then never got back to us with the even the rough cut of the Wedding Film. We at least managed to take the footage from them, but whenever called we would be told sad, sappy stories of how their office 'burnt down' or 'cpu crashed' or other obviously made up stuff like that. After a point, we gave up and just got someone else to edit the video. In the footage, some of the things we discovered were SHOCKING. The main performance of the bride is not even shot as a single shot! There is no front angle! There is no shot of the whole performance which can be used when the side angles are not usable. What level of non-chalance is this! I would say, don't pay them a majority before you get all the deliverables in your hand. Don't entertain their excuses. They click strictly 'OK' pictures. Budget-wise they are fine. But would not recommend them for their attitude or professionalism. Will be celebrating my 3rd anniversary in a month now, still don't have the video. He is a fraud. He is a professional at cheating people. Many of his previous clients have put their reviews online on different platforms. I being one of the clients who was cheated have shared reviews online. Wed Me Good, I can show you proof. You should remove him from the website.

Worst photographer. Its been more than a year and I haven’t got any photos or videos. They don’t answer calls and don’t respond on messages. I don’t know what to do to get my stuff. Last possible way is to file formal complaint againt them

Worst photographer ever worked with Too much delay in there work They took more than 2.3 years to deliver the album videos which is still not delivered though we have booked for bride and groom side both No professionalism, whenever I call them I have to call 15 - 20 times then they pik and don't give any confirmed date for the delivery. Initially we found them good and referred them as well for the another wedding But till now they have not delivered my videos or anything and it's been 2years 2months and I don't have even a single video of my wedding and photo album no family photo taken at wedding which I know is photographer work only but that has not been done Very disappointed from the services still Iam following up and they are not responding and confirming the date for the delivery we have not received bride side video teaser is still pending album is pending Raw video bride side is pending mehendi video is still pending video which you have delivered that's groom side video not bride side being a photograph I hope you know the difference of bride side video and groom side video
