One line " Disturbing Experience ". Extremely overpriced. Total False delivery commitments. Truly un-ethical. Worst customer relations. I placed my order for lehenga and sherwani by making full advance payment of ₹ 1,40,000/- in October, Delivery for which was scheduled after 25 days. I travelled thrice from Lucknow to Delhi on false assurances of my product delivery. Till November I was harassed badly by making 20-30 calls in a day. The owner switched off her cell.Finaly forjust 12 days remaining for my wedding, the lehenga was delivered with completely wrong size fittings. And the sherwani [worth ₹50,000] was not even partially ready. Upon objecting on the same the owner who seems to be nice at early meetings refused to talk and offered ₹15,000 and no sherwani. The very pre wedding experience disturbed us. I don't know how they are getting 1+ star ratings, all 1+ star rating to the store is MANIPULATED. I WONT SUGGEST THE SAME TO ANY ABOUT TO MARRY COUPLES.
