Quality not up to the mark. Bad attitude of owner. Impolite and blames customers for mistakes of their own

**Beware of this Scam Shop!** I strongly advise against visiting this wedding dress boutique if you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind. This place is nothing short of a fraud! They lure you in with promises and seem helpful until you place your order. After that, their customer service goes downhill. They delivered a poor-quality lehenga that was nowhere near what was promised, and to make matters worse, it arrived late—way past the delivery date. Not only did they fail to meet their commitments, but they also had the audacity to demand extra money after the fact. When confronted, the staff turned unprofessional, constantly blaming my friend for their mistakes. They even went as far as threatening to file a complaint, knowing well that their shady store policies are designed to work in their favor. They resorted to using CCTV footage and phone call recordings as intimidation tactics, making my friend feel helpless. This isn't just bad business practice; it's harassment! Their online presence is full of fake positive reviews, clearly meant to keep up their Google rating. It's all a façade, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to their deceitful ways. My friend ended up losing 50,000 INR due to their scams, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Save yourself the stress and money—avoid this place at all costs. You deserve better, especially when it comes to something as special as your wedding attire.

I was considering this store for my upcoming functions. A friend of mine had made some purchases earlier. The product quality was not good and it is utterly overpriced. The staff is unprofessional. They will not value the customer. After the purchase is made they will not entertain the customer. They expect customers to accept poor quality clothes. They have weird store policies where customers interest are not at all considered. They had a very casual attitude when my friend raised concerns on late delivery and poor product. They keep blaming the customers for their mistakes.

Pathetic people. I had the experience of shopping with them. I made the mistake of not reading their reviews earlier. I am now reading their reviews everywhere and clearly shows how they are so casual about taking any responsibility and just put the same phrase everywhere for every review which is real and not paid or not by their friends and family. They just mention "making false claims". How can so many customers be making false claims. They are fraud. They asked for min 2 months timeline for the lehengas to be delivered. When I went to collect on the said date they said one was not ready. Even the other one had gone for cleaning. When I asked them to deliver atleast one they asked for 50% extra amount over and above what I had paid earlier with no solid deadline for it to get delivered. They have been treating my parents badly when they went to collect the lehengas. Also when we called on their delivery number the girl had no idea of anything and she would cut the calls and ultimately stopped picking our calls. They will not show you the entire collection. Even once the lehengas are finalized they won't let you take photos. They have very high standards in terms of if we take photos we have to buy the product. Not all products will be displayed but pathetic service.
