DO NOT CHOOSE Memories Montage! We had a VERY VERY BAD experience with Aditya Harjyot as we had to keep following up for our videos for an year and we still don't have it all. He stopped responding to our calls and messages and we don't have anywhere else to go. Its no less than a mental torture to deal with him as it is as good as talking to a wall! DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS!

Completely unprofessional, big mistake to hire him, people working under Aditya are good and helpful , but after receiving payment he won’t provide you the service and you have to follow up to have your work done. A big no for memories montage for your big day from my very own personal experience. Such a bad experience. After receiving full payment he won’t even pay attention or respond to you. After receiving payment he doesn’t pick up calls. It was ohk that I hired him for only one function of mine, this person is not the person you would like to hire for your big day and risk it

If there was an option to add minus star I would have preferred to rate them. Once they get all the payment they dont bother about delivering their work. We paid everything when they asked. Even then after lot of follow up we received videos. My wedding was in April 2022, after lot of false promises they didn't deliver my wedding album. I asked them to return the money if they are not doing the work. They simply dont pick our calls or reply on any medium. Now I have lost all hope. My money is gone, my special day is spoilt because of them. I wish if I would have chosen someone more genuine or some local that would have been better. I shortlisted them because I saw some good rating on wedmegoods but they are just fooling around. Seriously big mistake of my life. There is no professionalism. For reference I am attaching the screenshot of mails I and my husband have sent them.

Will be very honest - team I thought was good and their photography was good and their videography had the potential to be good however after the first teaser video the editor/team manager lost interest and did not bother editing the 5 minute video properly and then claimed that their editor had some personal family issues and never came back to us with the 5 minute or 10 minute video. After spending a lot of money on my wedding day videography, I don’t really have a video that is worthy to be showed to our family and friends except a 30 second Instagram teaser. The 5 minute teaser was very average and not edited fully - they asked for my opinions on the edits and did not act on the opinions. Very disappointed and would not recommend them. I also found out afterwards that I had given Picsurely team my number and this company started off by saying that they are a branch of Picsurely but actually the marketing team at Picsurely leaked client numbers and took some high budget clients from Picsurely and they duped us into thinking we were speaking with Picsurely. I questioned why the name on the contract was Memories Montage and not Picsurely but the rationale they gave was that they are a part of them and Picsurely is an umbrella team, so it is natural to be named something else. The wedding album was good but we had to do a lot of chasing and also had to chase to have a hardrive with our unedited raw files. We wrote a negative review previously and he said remove the negative review and I will sort out your editing. It has been a year and I doubt anything is really happening.

I came across the Memories Montage profile on Instagram while I was looking for someone to capture not just our wedding but the essence of who we are as people. No recommendations, no mutual contacts nothing, it was purely their pictures and videos and just the way they told stories through the lens that had us hooked right from the beginning. The pictures showed real people with real joy on their faces, nothing made up or phony. And that’s what really called out to me. My husband and I have always been dead set on having a no-fuss court marriage. While that sounds simple you’d be surprised how tough it was to find a team of photographers and videographers who could make the mundane setting of a registrar’s office look aesthetic. Many teams out there can do a decent job but that’s in huge part thanks to the incredible and extravagant wedding decor that everyone seems to be championing these days. But to find the beauty in the ordinary is a skill that very few possess and Memories Montage definitely has it in abundance. They’ve clicked us in what is our most real, most authentic and most genuine selves and made it look gorgeous and worth remembering for a lifetime. The photos are all pure heart and the film they made for us is something that will live in our hearts forever. They understood our brief from the get go, worked around all our awkwardness and limitations, put us completely at ease. Special kudos to just how extremely sweet and professional Aditya and his team are. It’s been an absolutely delight :)

Memories montage did photography for my sister’s pre-wedding photo shoot and the wedding in Agra. Absolutely breathtaking and mesmerising photos. I couldn’t believe my own eyes when I saw the drafts during the event and was so eager to see how they came out after the edits. Must say the team are very diligent and have an eye for absolutely gorgeous photos. Extremely happy with the photography, professionalism and the quality displayed by the team.
