got cheated by this team it's been a year of my wedding till now nothing is been delivered entire amount taken by Saket but no service received, he started giving threat of deleting my data when I told him that this will be taken to social media and all other platform in return he started all his threat messages denying payments which I have entire proof

fraud company deleted my whole wedding photos and videos and told us that it was technical error took extra money for recovery but no resolution Saket is one of the most notorious person who only know how to take money but no value for our memory

My wedding was on 4th November and today it's almost 8months. I have waited patiently to deal with Saket Agarwal but unfortunately finally writing this review when it has reached a dead end now. Saket came to meet us personally in our office 3-4 times before the wedding to get the business and in every meeting we were very clear about a few things such as: - the photography would be on behalf of both the bride and groom side and both are equally part of this deal - the bride and groom are camera conscious and need ideas and guidance from him/his team and candid shots as much as possible - It’s a very small wedding affair and both sides family is just the close family and the few friends there are like family - need some fun and quirky ideas from them as they are experts to shoot and capture (i had personally requested for 'this is my first drink/last drink videos' even with mocktails and gave access to the bar room we kept for behind the scene to capture this) - to just capture the whole wedding as a very intimate story to be told and remembered because we really had nothing jazzy to amplify too much. The wedding was perfect in the most minimal way and I'll have to give it to our event planner to make it so special in many ways. However, the worst decision was to trust Saket for this job. Our only expectation was to make it intimate and personal, for him/his team to feel like a part of the celebrations. Not only did he fail to deliver what he promised but when we went back to him with feedback for a trailer he shared after 3-4 days of the wedding (which was an amazing turnaround and we were all appreciative about it), he did nothing about those edits or feedback, after 2-3 months we followed up, and that is when his true colors started showing. Here is what was a shock for us: - He out rightly told my in-laws to not call/communicate with him and his deal was only with bride side - No edited teaser was sent again - A wedding film was shared on 6dec and later that month I had personally called him and shared feedback as well. With some pro/cons inputs I again asked him for the revised video and an update on the teaser - No edited film was sent again - On 8th feb, now we are already 3months post our wedding, there is no update from them. all of us were getting impatient and saket barely picks up the phone or responds, and when he did he just told my in-laws to speak to me/bride side and ignored any feedback that was shared. They finally had it for that behaviour and they put out reviews, on this Saket came back on the common group threatening us that he will now no longer work on any of our photos or videos - eventually this got worse where he got to a point of even going to the extent of telling us that he will delete all the data from his end - My in laws took a back seat and gave up on getting any memories from the wedding, I still tried to pursue and gave this another shot only to be disappointed - Saket looped in a common reference with the notion that he would only share the data/work if the reviews are taken down to which I said I would try but not commit - We got one more video of the sangeet performances which were so terrible- there was no editing for that, it looked like phone shot videos just stitched together. When we gave feedback for this, we were told that this is a traditional video format and that was never in our deal. This was another big shock for us. In the end we got a shabby video of all dances with pathetic raw sound, no lighting edits, and an inappropriate looking frame of the stage sides and top showing, of the other crew members or lot of disturbance in those videos - For the traditional videos, in every meeting, we had mutually agreed and confirmed that we do not want a traditional 3-4 hour video of the wedding rituals at a stretch as no one watches that and short snippets or short videos or core moments is enough. But never was there any mention on sangeet videos not being there. I mean who in the world would count that as traditional videos and moreover would not want that in a basic Indian wedding?!!!! - Our families really tired a lot to speak to Saket, request him to come down and resolve it, or tell us what the problem was. But there was nothing from his end. If he was busy or caught up, no one from his team got back or tried to resolve it either. Finally, when he asked again on the reviews, and I also had a clear understanding that those reviews would not be taken down, Saket again refused to complete the deliverables. He came to our office once more and said things like people were calling him 3-4 times in a day, he gave all the videos before time, and as per him he perfectly finished the job given to him. Clearly not a single person involved in this deal apart from him thinks so. Also, we did not hold up any payments (which we think is our biggest mistake). We trusted him because we genuinely thought he was the right guy who understood the simplicity of what we were looking for. Unfortunately, all he did was make big promises and when it came to really showing the work--nothing. Oh yes, and when we asked about the reels and fun/quirky videos and ideas of what all they did, there was nothing. Saket's reply ' Ab toh ho gaya, ab uska kya kare' (Now if that is not done, then what to do. Now the wedding is over. I pity his team, because they were good people, putting in a genuine effort, but they would at the end only do as per the brief and guidance their boss/senior would provide. In this case Saket failed as a wedding photographer and also a leader for his team. I can probably flag so many more issues and rant here after all this waiting, but in the end I am at a loss when it comes to going back and looking at my wedding memories. I would just want to leave any person who is thinking of hiring Saket for their wedding/celebrations to not trust him and his words, or even some of his work he shows on his social media handles. Got to know later from someone in the industry, he uses others images on his insta page just making it looking pretty and deceiving people. We all have plenty of chats and screenshots to validate points mentioned here and I am so so sad that I trusted this guy to capture a really basic and small wedding and give us those memories in pictures and videos. Please do not work with Saket Agarwal!! He is a scammer!!!!

Worst decision of selecting Saket Agarwal Photoberry to cover my sister's wedding. I would not recommend anyone to go for Photoberry by SA. But if you have already selected him, would suggest you to get clarity on all points and make payment post getting the deliverables since once he gets the payment, he is not interested in doing the work even after his said 90 days delivery period from the event and only makes excuses on how to not do it. He will randomly put together a few video's and make a teaser just after the wedding date to show that he has done work really fast but actually the teaser made is of no use as it is not at all up to the mark, he does not want to take in the reviews from his client and only believes what he has done is the best. If we give our reviews, he creates a fuss and makes excuses and refuses to finish it and also threatens to delete all data from his end without finishing the work. Its been 6 and a half months approx. since my sister's wedding and we still do not have any proper likeable teaser, wedding movie or insta reels for the events that were in his deliverables. It's sad, we have made the mistake, would not want anyone else to suffer this mental harassment.

Extremely unprofessional and ZERO work ethics. Despite giving the payments on time, our work was not done simply because we did not like the work and asked them to make some changes. Saket even threatened that he would delete all the wedding data. Would not recommended to anyone.

Believe the people who’ve left a 0.5* review. We wish we had read them before my brother’s wedding because they’ve ghosted us. After the wedding they delivered a badly edited teaser and a 20 min video without featuring much of the couple’s parents. After giving them detailed feedback, they still haven’t shared anything after 4 months. they shared all the photos without editing on a hard disc but we still don’t have any of the videos after multiple follow ups. And they’re extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Please think again before you book them.

Such unprofessional attitude Our wedding was in oberoi kolkata everything else was good apart from the photography team. We had to run after each team member of them to cover different events. We had to chase them to do the work they were supposed to do. We haven't recieved our videos and to recieve the pics he asked us for a hardidsk such cheapness. His package is quite sneaky as face recognition thing is all bullshit and pics edited are valid till 1 year. Trust you are better of with someone who will treat you better and take up ownership.
