Warning: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and a Thief If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is a warning to anyone considering hiring Rahul Paliwal (Portait Pandit). The experience was a complete and utter disappointment, characterized by a shocking level of unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for our written agreement. We hired Rahul for our wedding (full 3 days events), with the expectation of receiving a professional service as outlined in our contract. We paid the full fee of more than INR 1.25 Lacs as per our agreement, believing we were securing a trustworthy professional for a very important occasion. What we received was nothing. Following our event, all communication stopped. Our emails went unanswered for weeks, phone calls were ignored, and promises to deliver our photos were repeatedly broken. After months of silence, it became clear that they had no intention of fulfilling their end of the bargain. They took our money and simply vanished. It has been more than 1.5 years since our wedding date and we are yet to receive the deliverable from Rahul Paliwal. We believe he has also lost the very important raw data of our wedding photography. This is more than just a failure to deliver; it’s a failure of integrity and basic professionalism. The memory of our special day is now tainted by the stress and frustration of having been misled. There is no excuse for taking a client's money and failing to deliver on a written contract. Save yourself the stress, the disappointment, and the financial loss. Do not hire this photographer. He will do anything in his power to cheat and steal from his clients at every step possible. We are lodging an FIR against him and now he will be answerable to the court for breaking his signed contract.

Works with Sudhanshu Joshi who owns House of Lakecity & The Black Draft Films. Sketchy and you won’t see your wedding pics. Buyer beware.

Sudhanshu Joshi (House of Lake city, House of soulmate) & BlackDraft Films who subcontracted with Jay P photography & Portrait Pandit & Team) have not provided me my wedding photos and videos since November 2024. They keep ignoring messages and he continues to delay providing raw data. Please do not hire or work with them. We sent money 2 months ago again hoping he would provide our pics. There are three other families who did not receive their pics over the last few months and one took police action

Please refrain from working with Jay Raloti, Jay Suthar & Sudhanshu Joshi (House of soulmate, House of Lakecity, The Black draft films, Sanju Joshi) . I have not received my pictures for 6 months. Mr Joshi has several comments he has "hidden" from his socials of similar cases where no pictures have been provided up to a YEAR. People had to involve the police. Unless you never want to see you pics, do not hire any of them. I have been helpless for the past 6 months. Mr. Jay Suthar worked with him and keeps putting responsibility away. I was there when both Mr. Joshi and Mr. Suthar was taking pictures with me. Total scam. I will pursue all action to obtain my pictures and make sure they do not scam more people. Portrait pandit films works with them and was the uploaded of my pictures.

They are the worst. We have not received our photos or any photo from them, its been more than a year now. They are liars, they have shut their offices and nobody respond on calls. Please do no book them, believe me.

The worst guy in udaipur. He took money and not returning our calls back and his team is not responding. The whole team is cheating on us and their office is shut. Do not hire them they are a bunch of liars.

Portrait pandit photography is the best one be it’s range wise,work wise,nature wise,quality wise.We booked Rahul bhai for our big day i.e from prewedding to wedding day. All the days were handled nicely with family kind of behavior loved by all the people who attended our wedding. Thanks a lot Rahul bhai for everything. Now you are booked for all our family rituals photography. Cheers to your team and you.Keep rocking and stay blessed portrait pandit.??☺️

We are so happy we went with Portrat pandit team! Their packages were amazing and allowed us to have 2 photographers and a videographer for a great price! They were also super flexible with us when we had to bump our wedding up 4 months due to Covid. I would highly recommend!
