DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ESPECIALLY... IF YOU ARE A BRIDE. They will not do right by you. They will take your money, lie about delivery timelines, and then BLOCK YOU when you ask for accountability. Absolutely shameful business. I ordered shoes on the 6th of April for my wedding. Their website clearly states delivery within 10–15 days. When I followed up, they falsely promised delivery by the 1st of May. On following up again, they admitted the shoes wouldn’t arrive on time and offered no proper solution. When we called for answers, the lady on the phone said if we didn’t like the alternatives, she would issue a refund. But when I requested the refund, she refused—and BLOCKED ME. @RAHASTHANI STUFF GREAT JOB… YOU REALLY SHOW HOW MUCH YOU VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. I deeply regret choosing this company for such an important moment in my life. I now have NO SHOES for my wedding and reception. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO THEIR COMPETITORS.

Totally disappointed. Their shipping policy is 10 days delivery in India and internationally, but this schedule was never respected. Every time I asked for an uodate, they kept saying “next week,” and it had been over 8 weeks that I was waiting for delivery. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times with no response. Think twice before ordering from them.

My partner had a really bad experience with this brand. The shoes arrived several weeks late (after our wedding). Then when they eventually arrived, 1 pair was missing. To make things even worse - they asked for an "opening video" (seemingly suggesting that we were lying about the missing pair!). And to just top things off, when we wrote a review about our experience on Google reviews - they asked us to delete the review saying that they were going through a hard time. They also have some pretty consumer unfriendly terms and conditions + refund policy (despite this difficult experience, they simply would not entertain the possibility of a refund at any point.) I get that mistakes happen - but the customer service has been pretty dire and unprofessional and that's probably the biggest red flag with this brand.
