Had booked 2 dresses for wife to attend a function/wedding at Jaipur. On opening it just before the day of function,it was found they didn't provided the sleeves in one lehnga and fitting of second dress was not proper. Immediately we called them but they didn't accepted their mistake. While returning, it was returned few hours later(instead of 9 PM in the night, it was returned by us at 2 PM very next day). But the way that lady of the shop talked in the morning the dress was actually returned was just horrible. Also, they deducted 500.00 from security amount for late return. When I asked about the discrepancy on their part due to which we had to face hardship and difficulty before the wedding function (we had to rush to tailor in non familiar place), they started arguing and were very rude. Thus, when there is customer fault, they spontaneously deduct money but when it's their fault, they started arguing. NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMER. (specially the lady in the shop didn't have basic etiquettes to deal with customers and was even asking not to give receipt to me after returning the dress.Leaving aside the money issue, atleast male staff had some decency while talking but that lady was very rude.)
