I had the worst experience with Vanya when it comes to working with a professional. Their output was good but no professionalism or sanctity of timelines followed anywhere. She is absolutely unresponsive and works as per her own whim. As a bride, this was the most frustrating and worst experience I have had with any vendor. Please do not go for them in case you don’t want to lose your mind over something as basic as the vendor responding to you on time!
