Naman Verma Photography

Photographers

Naman Verma was our photographer and we were so lucky to have Naman and team capture our wedding. His work truly speaks volumes. We wanted someone to capture moments, not posey pictures and Naman has done that just brilliantly. In addition, he is super humble and chill and easy to work with.

Atisuto

Decorators

Sabah is nothing short of a master at her craft. She took her time to assess my vision and provided thoughtful input and creativity. Atisuto and team are energetic, creative, and out of box thinkers. Whenever I shared a reference with them, they ensured me they will come up with something better. And they truly did. My vision was brought to life thanks to Atisuto and again, working with a professional team, especially when planning and coordinating a wedding from abroad, was a relief!

Artistry by Van Kris

Bridal Makeup

I booked Van Kris online and didn't even get a chance for trial due to logistics. Van was a true professional! We reviewed all of our looks in advance and had detailed noted to refer to through the weekend. I entrusted her and let her create magic. I like her subtle, minimal makeup style. I never wanted to be a "cakey" bride & Van helped me achieve glam looks all weekend long.

Mehdika

Mehendi Artist

Mehdika, another vendor I booked virtually, without a trial. I wanted to incorporate our love story in the Mehndi. One arm featured the Manhattan skyline, whereas the other arm showcased Chicago. I requested her to show me a sample via WhatsApp. Once I saw it, I was comfortable with her and went ahead. It took a total of 7 hours but was worth the effort! I truly planned to have my Mehndi done during my event and I’m SO glad I had it done in advance so I could actually enjoy the event.

Siddhartha Bansal

Bridal Wear

We really spent a lot of looking for the “perfect” outfit. I shortlisted a few but nothing felt just right. Until I found Siddhartha Bansal. It was love at first sight! Vibrant, peppy, fun and unique! I wore my outfit as a crop top and skirt/ skipped the dupatta and even kept my jewelry simple. I let my mehndi be my greatest accessory, along with a fun floral crown.

Sabyasachi Mukherjee

Bridal Wear

Since I am a Sindhi and we typically wear lehengas for our weddings, I opted to wear a lehenga for my reception instead. I had my eye on a specific Sabyasachi piece for several months. It was cream, raw silk and earthy glam - exactly my style. I danced the night away in my Sabyasachi and felt every bit a princess. I can’t wait to wear it again!

Reception
Astha Narang

Bridal Wear

The Sangeet theme was “Secret Garden,” something I was particularly excited for. Since it was outdoors and in the evening, I went fully glam with a stunning Astha Narang piece. The gold sequences complemented the decor just right. I wanted to be very comfortable at my Sangeet and the Astha piece was lightweight and just perfect.

Sangeet / Cocktail
House On The Clouds

Cinema/Video

House on the the Clouds completed my dream wedding team. They are simply magic! Again, I was blown away by Siddharth’s humility. They were present throughout the weekend and were always fully on. I didn’t give them any direction - just told them to do what they do best, which is poetry in motion.
