I had a seen a video of a wedding they had done and the couple had a done a shoot on the beach, and I instantly knew that this was the team I wanted. The team is extremely experienced, hands on, and talented. Not to mention fun! They made us feel extremely comfortable. They were very patient, especially during our early morning couple shoot the day after the wedding. They knew exactly what they wanted and what they needed to deliver photos and memories that’ll last a lifetime. They were so kind and mixed well with all the guests. Our final photos and videos are stunning and it’s amazing to look back at all the memories.

Venues

It was the perfect location for our beach wedding. I grew up in The Bahamas with blue oceans and white sand as my backyard, so having a beach wedding has always been my dream. The ITC was perfect, their staff was amazing, and they made sure our small bubble was safe, healthy, and well taken care of!

Wedding Planners

I don’t even know where to begin with PurpleTree. We had started planning the wedding when our guest list was much before 50 people and the wedding was basically one year in the making. PurpleTree went above and beyond to make sure every little element I had dreamt of was there. They truly understand who we are as a couple and where I was coming from with the things I wanted to have and made sure those sentiments were felt by all of our guests. Nafisa and her team were patient and attentive. Every color scheme, every piece of decor, every smallest detail in each event was thought through careful and distinctly different from the other events. At any given point they always had solutions and options for any obstacle we would face (and believe me there were many!). When we started planning the wedding I remember telling the team that there are things that I’ve been dreaming of since I was a little girl and they really took that to hard and moved mountains to make it happen. I can’t thank them enough for being patient, and also brave for taking the challenge head on and creating a wedding that was beyond imagination. A special shoutout to Siya from the team, who handled everything from our planning our decor to fitting me into a golf cart while in my wedding lehenga to get to the wedding venue, calmly and with a smile on her face. Everything from logistics to decor to dealing constantly changing SOPs, lockdowns, and curfews, PurpleTree saw it all and handled it all and we can’t thank them enough.

Bridal Makeup

Nav and her team were amazing! She was so organized and made sure that we had proper discussions leading up to the wedding where we discussed each look in detail. Her team of senior artists were also so talented and friendly. As a bride I had zero complaints and was so comfortable working with her. She made me feel like a princess! Thank you so much again Nav!

Mehendi Artist

Halima is so talented and creative. Her designs are absolutely beautiful, her passion for her craft really comes across. We started my bridal Mehendi early in the morning, and she was extremely patient and also very friendly and warm.
