A craft couture fashion brand founded in 2013 by Creative Director Sanya Dhir, Diva’ni celebrates the sheer romance of existence through the revival of ancient, authentic, hand-crafted zardozi. With the inheritance of a 75 year legacy of the parent company, KBSH Private Limited; the roots of Diva’ni honours the nostalgia and lingering beauty of ancient Punjab and Awadh (Oudh) province. Reminiscing and tracing the family roots to Lahore, and the craft evolving from its journey from pre colonial era, Diva’ni celebrates heirloom traditions. The Hindostan of yesteryears is alive and thriving in our memories. It is peppered with Persian and Mughal influences and the art and craft of Sind, Amritsar, and Multan. The journey of craft to couture from this chapter of history that Diva’ni seeks to keep alive today is a vintage kaleidoscope; a confluence of many influences which came together to form a signature aesthetic.
Diva’ni works with over 500 zardozikars and master craftsmen and more than 100 looms with approximately 400 weavers’ base and women artisans (hand-painters), across Lucknow, Jaipur, Kashi and the home of the brand; New Delhi. These artists, who reignite dormant imaginations and whimsical desires with the magic of their gold, silver and platinum zardozi, are harmonious personifications of the Diva’ni’s ethos – “Celebrate Hindostan”.
The brand represents strong, untarnished couture, and specialises commissions for the Indian/International cinema and HNI client base including celebrity wardrobe styling. Diva’ni’s unapologetic love for all things old-world and vintage; a love that few openly admit to in contemporary times, has garnered it a cult following across the UK, UAE, Canada, Bangladesh, Pakistan and many parts of the Asian continent.

Really bad experience. Unprofessional people handling the brand. There only motive is to extort Money from you after taking your order on various pretext. Close to the function, you’re left with no option but to end up giving in into there demands or else they won’t deliver your product. Parineeta, the creative head at Divani ruined both my wedding outfits, one of the lehenga was way too short for my height and the other one was way too tight. I had no option but to wear them as it is, since we were a day away from the function, and she said alternations won’t be possible. I went to her after the wedding and she charged me 30,000 for the alterations that should have been free of charge anyways.

My wedding Lehenga was from Divani and I am glad I chose her outfit for my big day. I appreciate her work and services so much. Their price range is great. I got a stunning Lehenga, just how I had imagined. The outfit was delivered to me in time.

Divani is one of the oldest designers and i think she has a very unique style . Her style is a blend of ancient, authentic, hand-crafted designs . She represents untarnished couture and has a very different style . I have always loved their collection .

I bought my outfit from Divani and it was such a dreamy outfit and not just the outfit but I was also impressed with their services. They catered to whatever I said and helped me with everything. They helped me choose my outfit and provided me whatever I wanted in terms of colour, design, material and my outfit turned out to be so pretty, it was exactly how I wanted it to be!

I went to Diva'ni for my wedding Lehenga. I had such an amazing shopping experience with them. They have got beautiful bridal collection and I faced no troubles at all. Everything went so well in just one go. I even tried my Jewellery with her that would go with my bridal outfit and she was very helpful. I would recommend her to other brides as well. Thanks a lot.

I wanted a Pakistani look for my wedding outfit and who could be better in it than Diva'ni in defence colony. They showed me the most perfect outfit I couldv'e wanted and I was so happy with my purchase. Really made me feel even more special on my big day. Thank you for being so patient with me and handling my demand precisly and delivering the outfit on time.

Biggest mistake i made getting my reception gown designed from them....no finishing in the work at all and untidy cowls of d gown! And definitely not worth the price they rip u off for the same !

Got my engagement outfit from Divani. They are the best. Very unique concepts and the designer is extremely sweet and helpful, She designed my outfit based on my bodytype.

Unlike the ordinary brides I chose a lehenga with bronze and chocolate hues to give me the perfect look to stand out glamorously, my engagement outfit from diva'ni is definitely a show stopper ! Iv been getting compliments ever since !
