Well, 45 of my friends and family from the US stayed at the Trident for four days during a wedding in Mumbai. Everyone had nothing but wonderful things to say about their stay at the Trident. The rooms were spotless, the amenities very nice, and the service was extremely good. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful.
