respected rohan cherian, we are really sorry we could not host your 100 guest birthday party. but as owner of the property, i am trying very hard to find out on this website where the rates are shown your blatant review stating RATES SHOWN ARE INCORRECT, but where did you get the info about the rates on the wed me good website!!!! you spoke to me about hosting the party for 100 + guest , i politely mentioned we can only host a function if you book the entire property, since we don't have a dedicated banquet and swimming pool area for outside guest . You insisted on knowing the price for booking the whole 36 palms, indeed it was 95,000 rupees for off season time for booking all 11 rooms . so how did we offend you to get this review,,,when you have not visted the property and not even seen it, most of our guest book rooms on OTA portals or on the 36 palms website or by calling. but none of them writes a good or bad or any review without coming and staying with us. surprisingly you have . so once again ,,we apologize profusely for being polite to you and entertaining your phone call and explaining to you that we cant host out side guest for a event unless you book the entire property at 95,000 rupees including all tax and breakfast for 30 people. respectfully at your service always radheshaym
