4 Seasons Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Very lousy staff: No respect for ladies. Such an insulting behavior of the staff towards customer was really unbearable. Came with family for lunch. 2 Ladies and one kid. Seeing us entering to the restaurant no one stopped in the beginning and after entering to the restaurant the restaurant representatives did not let us sit for 10 mins, kept us waiting at the middle of the restaurant by making us stand saying all tables are reserved and then suddenly gave us the big table of 10 people capacity to sit and order. First 20 minutes no one was bothered to come and take the order and after calling then for more that 5 times they finally took the order of one starter and one biryani. after 40 minutes somehow the came with starter and served us. Please note: Slandered time to serve order after you place it is 20 minutes world wide. We finished the starter and waited for another 15 minutes for the biryani to come and called the restaurant representatives couple of times then they came with the biryani kept on the table with big tab and refused to serve. We waited for the food to get served and no one turned up. With this worst experience and behavior we left the restaurant without having the biryani. Paid for starter approx INR 700/- Overall no value for money and top of that no respect. Very ugly experience and suggest others not to visit the restaurant.
