AMBIANCE - The wedding in the family took place on 31st May 2019. Though the wedding hall is constructed just a few months back, a few flooring tiles are cracked that too in the front side of the hall. The wedding hall is situated at back side of the building and not visible from the road front side. The building construction work is still going on just beside the hall. The parking lot situated underground is still under construction and you have to walk through rouble and water to reach the lift after parking. FACILITIES - There are no change rooms behind/near the stage. The generator back up provided is poor and cannot take full load. We had to face frequent power off situation almost every 15-20 minutes. The AC cooling is low and the vents on the stage are defective. The rooms provided for groom and bride are on the upper storey. The rooms are devoid of water/glasses/toiletries. STAFF - The staff recruited is utterly untrained in hospitality and very dumb. The supervision is not proper.
